Our team is expected to maintain a respectful, welcoming environment for all guests — regulars included. Loud and disruptive behaviour at closing time should have been addressed immediately, and we will be taking this matter up directly with the staff involved to ensure it does not happen again.We also acknowledge your concerns about the room being warm and stuffy. While our windows are sealed in certain rooms for safety and efficiency, this should not come at the cost of guest comfort.
