We had a fabulous week at kappa resort. The accommodation was excellent. The cleanliness was exceptional. The staff were very professional and pro active.

Traumhaftes Resort im ruhigen Paliouri - Kassandra - Chalkidiki. Sehr nettes Personal, hervorragender Service, leckeres Frühstück, hervorragendes Restaurant. Wir hatten eine Suite mit eigenem Pool gebucht. Wir hatten 2 Terassen 1 x mit Esszimmer M?beln, 1 x mit Lounge sowie ein Sonnendeck mit Sonnenliegen direkt am Pool. In der gro?zügig geschnittenen Suite hatten wir ein Esszimmer, Wohnzimmer, Schlafzimmer sowie kleines Bad. Man hat die M?glichkeit unterschiedliche Segelt?rns und verschiedene Massagen zu buchen. Der Blick aus der Unterkunft war traumhaft und es waren Mitte Juni zwischen 26 und 31 Grad. Der kleine private Strand ist in unmittelbarer N?he (nur die eigene Stra?e runter). Das Wasser war sauber und klar und man erz?hlte uns, dass alle paar Tage Delphine gesichtet werden. Auch hier hatte man die M?glichkeit sich Getr?nke zu bestellen sowie den kostenlosen Hol- und Bringservice mit Golfcarts zu nutzen. Das Resort ist Terassenf?rmig in die Hügel gebaut, sodass die Stra?e ziemlich steil ist, man aber von überall einen tollen Blick auf die Ag?is sowie die Nachbarinsel Sithonia hat. In der N?he gibt es neben dem Kappa Resort Restaurant noch eine kleine urige Taverne sowie ein weiteres Restaurant. Ein Mietwagen ist empfehlenswert da die n?chste Stadt ca. 10 Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen ist.

We were a family of 6 and 1 17 month old staying at the Kappa resort we had a 4 bedroom villa with a pool close to Reception. We had also breakfast every morning. The breakfast gave plenty of choice and we all enjoyed a leisurely start to the day. All the food was delicious and you were able to order fresh fried eggs. Sophia and Lena always welcomed us every morning with a smile and provided endless amounts of coffee. We really valued the service they provided. Well done ladies! We ate in the restaurant a few evenings and the food was delicious. The villa was modern and spacious and was the perfect accommodation for us as a family too. We also enjoyed the daily maid service. They cleaned, changed the beds regularly and always had a smile on their faces. The beach was pebbly but the water was so clear. Steep walk down hill but the staff will happily drive you there. 800 metres. The Reception staff were always welcoming and catered for our needs. I would just like to say how rested we felt and what a wonderful place to stay. It is a 15 min drive to the local town . We did need mosquito repellent. Thank you Kappa for looking after us

Excellent resort. We was here for a week, 6 people in total and we had taken a 4 bedroom villa. The villa was OK, with a private pool and very close to the reception and restaurant and 5 minutes from the beach. What is remarkable about the resort is the beach which was always half empty even though the resort was full. The beach has small pebbles, extremely clear water and is full of fish, there are also octopuses and other interesting sea creatures. The kids really liked it. The nearest village is 4 kilometers away and there are many restaurants there at a relatively good price.

We were 24 guests at Kappa Resort, Bungalow Villa Iliachtis IV (Room 804) from 11-20.9. Location: on the Kassandra peninsula (Chalkidiki) at the southern tip with a view to the south-east towards peninsula Sithonia. This part of the peninsula from Palliouri onwards is quite unspoilt and quiet. Individual bungalow complexes on the hillside with views similar to the Kappa Resort Hotel. However, there is already a lot of construction going on. Pebbly, sometimes sandy beach, then quickly large round pebbles in the water, seagrass meadows but mostly well below standing height. Bathing shoes are highly recommended when entering. At our time of year, the sea was mostly calm and the water crystal clear. Nice to swim in. Of course, it always depends on the wind direction and strength. From the Kappa Resort (our bungalow) you have to walk about 250 m to a private stretch of beach with neat, cushioned loungers in two rows, currently estimated at about 25 loungers. Changing cabin and freshwater shower available. Toilet is signposted but there is none. I was informed at reception that toilet facilities are now prohibited directly on the beach. That's ok for us to keep the sea water quality at this high level, but then the sign would have to be removed, There is a Greek beach taverna right next to it, but we didn't use it, because the “backyard” was more than sloppy even with a tolerant attitude. About ten minutes walk along the beach to the north there is a very good tavern “Navagos” by Greek standards. Wonderful setting above the beach, fantastic view, very good cuisine, highly recommended, upmarket price level. Sunrise side, but still wonderful light and atmosphere at sunset on the other side of the peninsula. Our bungalow was a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom bungalow with a garden and a pool just for this bungalow. The infinity pool is cleaned every day and looks appetizing after the removal of algae growth (pushed by us) at the waterline. Size approx 420x900, no barrier for small children. The pool is unheated, which can be uncomfortable in the early and late season. On arrival on 11.9. it was still ok, but after just one week the pool water cooled down considerably. Shortened sunshine duration, cooling down. The small garden belonging to the bungalow (see photo) has an irrigation system for the lawn, but it has no effect, see photo. You have to understand this in view of the water shortage, but it looks unkempt. When we arrived, there were a few things in the bungalow that were not in order: 1.)The mosquito protection device in the children's room was torn from the rail, the net from the frame 2)The dishwasher is defective, instead, the bungalow cleaning staff washed the dishes during the daily bungalow cleaning. 3) In both (very small) shower rooms you inevitably cause a flood when showering, as the shower cubicle (upstairs) is not tight and in the shower on the ground floor the partitio

Wij hebben voor 8 dagen een suite voor 6 personen geboekt. 1 van de volwassenen is rolstoel afhankelijk . Helaas bleek de accomodatie niet rolstoel vriendelijk zoals bij navraag bij het resort wel was toegezegd. De door ons geboekte suite was geheel gelijkvloers maar de toegang naar de suite bestond uit een trap met 7 treden. Nette suite met prive zwembad echter is een beetje onderhoud wel noodzakelijk. Het personeel is zeer vriendelijk, de grote baas George lacht wel maar is verder niet echt toegankelijk of behulpzaam. Ontbijtbuffet is redelijk tot goed. Wel bijna iedere dag dezelfde keuzes. Vorab: die Lage ist wirklich sehr abgelegen, aber wir haben uns dies bewusst ausgesucht. Wer tendenziell mehr Angebote in erreichbarer N?he wünscht, ist hier sicherlich nicht gut aufgehoben. Der zur Anlage geh?rende "Strandabschnitt" ist nicht sch?n und l?dt daher nicht zu einem Besuch ein. Beide Umst?nde haben keinen Einfluss auf unsere Bewertung, da uns dies bereits vor Buchung bekannt war. Tierlieb sollte man tendenziell sein, da u.a. in den Restaurants und in der Anlage zahlreiche unkastrierte Katzen unterwegs sind. Wir hatten u.a. einen pers?nlichen "Katergastgeber" in unserem Haus - genannt Bifteki ;)- der bisweilen sehr energisch Zuwendung als auch Futtergaben eingefordert hat. Uns hat das nicht gest?rt, aber dem ein oder anderen Gast kann dies wahrscheinlich insbesondere im Restaurant mal "zu viel" werden. L?sungen wie wir sie von anderen Hotels in diesem Sternesektor von den Inseln kennen, z.B. durch Futterstationen, sind nicht vorhanden. Zur Anlage: von unserem Haus hatten wir einen sch?nen Blick aufs Meer als auch die "Finger"(gilt nicht überall). Aufgrund der Hanglage als auch dem "Wegenetz" sind die privaten Gartenbereiche einsehbar. Uns hat das nicht gest?rt (nette Nachbarn vorausgesetzt ;). Die Betten sicherten einen guten Schlaf, Bettw?sche- und Handtuchwechsel inkl. Pooltüchern funktionierten einwandfrei. Klimaanlagen waren in allen notwendigen Bereichen vorhanden. Die Ausstattung des Küchenbereichs entspricht jedoch nicht der Beschreibung des Hotels. (Zusammengewürfeltes Geschirr, fehlende passende Gl?ser und Tassen - das hat ein wenig den Flair früherer Jugendherbergen.) Bei Vollbelegung mit 6 Erwachsenen würden wir das Haus nach unserem Geschmack als r?umlich eher beengt empfinden. Technische M?ngel werden vor der Weitervermietung nicht geprüft und in unserem Fall auch w?hrend des Aufenthalts trotz Information der Rezeption nicht behoben. Insgesamt erscheint die Hotelanlage aber dennoch gepflegt, W?hrend unseres Aufenthaltes war diese gut gebucht, aber bis auf die zeitweise recht gew?hnungsbedürftige "Beschallung" des Hauptrestaurants ruhig. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist ausreichend, auf Dauer aber wenig abwechslungsreich. Es werden viele Convieniceprodukte verwendet. Eine Honigwabe macht noch keinen Sommer ;) Eierspeisen werden nicht frisch zubereitet, sondern in T?pfen ohne Warmhaltefunktion pr?sentiert. Das empfanden wir als minderwertig. Der Service bietet Kaffee, Tee, stillem Wasser und - wenn auch trinkbarem - Osaft aus der Tüte. Alles andere ist kostenpflichtig. Das kennen wir in diesem Hotelsegment ebenfalls anders. Einige Speisen wurden über Tage hinweg pr?sentiert, obwohl diese augenscheinlich von niemanden in Anspruch genommen wurden. Positiv: frisches Obst wurde in unterschiedlichen Varianten angeboten, frisches Gemüse au?er Gurken- und Tomatenscheiben allerdings nicht. Der Frühstückservice ben?tigt in Teilen eindeutig einer g?steorientierten Schulung, ist eher unstrukturiert und wenig effizient. Wir hatten ke
