Un riad magnifique, décoré avec soin, bien placé juste à c?té de l'entrée de la medina. Le personnel était très sympathique et prévenant , le guide a été très efficace. D?ner sous un ciel étoilé est magique. Seul petit bémol, il n'y a pas de piscine.

établissement magique. Personnel aux petits soins. Suites dignes des 1000 et 1 nuits. Pour les amateurs de beaux objets et de la lecture. La directrice Mme Imane charmante et disponible. Guide Chakik très professionnel. Je recommande vivement ce riad.

Сделано все очень декоративно, будто живешь в музее. Но не очень удобно с практической точки зрения, некоторые бытовые моменты не продуманы в номере. В зоне ванной не очень с чистотой, плесень какая-то.
В общем размещение на любителя, чисто антураж

I visited for my 50th birthday and this venue definitely didn't disappoint. Bushra and the front desk team did an excellent job in being efficient, friendly and welcoming as you would expect from this class of establishment. The Riad, a former harem, is beautifully appointed and the rooftop terrace is stunning. The hotel put rose petals with 50 written on my bed which was a lovely touch, particularly given that our previous riad Algila had done nothing! The breakfast is truly exquisite and our rooftop suite was beautifully appointed - we felt like staying there for the whole trip! It is a real oasis from the madness of Fez. We also had a very romantic dinner, although I feel portion sizes could be slightly bigger. The hammam was also a lovely experience. Thanks very much to all the staff for a wonderful stay.

一家很有特色的摩洛哥傳統酒店，入住人不多，很安靜，酒店在老城區，很難找到停車位，如果你自駕過來最好找當地人聯系酒店再帶你去停車場，很小的門洞，在外面你都無法想象是酒店，酒店內卻別有洞天，房間很大，但是很昏暗。值得住幾天！

Perfection! Absolutely beautiful Riad. Everything was superb and exceeded our expectations. The riad is gorgeous, the beds are comfortable, it’s spotless and all staff members are extremely friendly, polite and caring. The hammam is great. The food is fantastic. Everything was exceptional. We had the 2 suites that were separate by a private terrace. I felt like home and thanks for making our Fes vacation a memorable one.

Everyone at Karawan Riad was friendly and competent. Immediately upon arrival, the staff greeted us, took our bags, and helped us check in. We called ahead to say we would arrive late and they gave us our dinner options so they could have dinner ready when we arrived. Everything we ate was delicious. We particularly liked the Moroccan salad. Also, our older son was not feeling well and they offered him soup and later bread to take to his room. The next day while touring Fez, we asked if the hotel could call a doctor to check on our son. They handled everything and sent a very competent female doctor who had a lot of experience with travelers who have experienced unpleasant GI symptoms. She prescribed some meds and the hotel staff member went to the pharmacy to retrieve them. The hotel staff continued to check on our son bringing him tea to his room and overall were very compassionate and helpful. Nezpah who did our final check out was very pleasant and helpful. Our only regrets of our visit was that we wished we had more time to enjoy the hotel including the hammam.

On a adoré le Hammam de ce superbe h?tel! Hanane est très professionnelle et très sympathique. Un grand moment de détente et de plaisir dans un endroit mélangeant design et tradition. Le petit thé sur la terrasse avec vue est un plus après la prestation.

Un Riad magnifique meublé par des propriétaires passionnés et tenu par un personnel aux petits soins. La décoration est de toute beauté et nous avons eu le plaisir de discuter longuement avec un des propriétaires qui nous a expliqué le long cycle de restauration. Je redige très rarement d'avis sauf quand on tombe sur de l'exceptionnel. C'est le cas ici.

We had no idea what to expect of a Riad as this was our first trip to Morocco. From the moment we walked into the front door of Karawan Riad we were blown away by the sheer beauty! The staff was so warm and welcoming. The rooms are impeccably clean with no detail spared. We had two rooms, which were so uniquely different. The rooms were so spacious- like you were in your own bedroom rather than a hotel room. We could not stop taking pictures of the beauty and elegance of this place. It’s a must stay at place!!! You won’t be sorry.
