A fantastic experience thanks for the flawless service from the personnel, extremely kind and available for planning our trips and our specific needs. The hotel is luxurious and the food is fabulous (a special mention goes to the breakfast, different every day). One big thanks to Nordine, our trusted driver who showed us beautiful cities, landscapes and waited for us while we were at the restaurant towards the airport!

Phenomenal property and staff! We had such an enjoyable stay here. The rooms are stunning, rooftop is amazing and the lobby is breathtaking. Great breakfast and dinner. Highly recommend the massage and hammam - Lamiae, Samae and Hanane were fantastic!

I had the pleasure of staying at Karawan Riad for 4 nights. This Riad is absolutely stunning. I can't begin to speak on the cleanliness and exemplary service offered by Karawan. I stayed in the Laawan suite, and it was amazing. It was so big. The Moroccan charm was very evident throughout the room and entire Riad. The Laawan suite comes with a study, veranda and sitting area. Perfect for a long stay. The food served at the Riad was absolutely delicious. I actually ate dinner at the Riad each night because the food was so good. The staff was super friendly and helpful. This is definitely a 5-star accommodation. The only issue that I had was finding the Riad. Google Maps didn't work for me within the medina, and I had to constantly call a staff member to assist in locating the Riad. It is a walk from the main parking square to the front door. This is obviously no fault of the Riad. But I want people to be aware of the location. Also be careful walking through the alleyways to the Riad because the ground is a bit uneven, and I injured myself by slipping on wet ground. Again, this is no fault of the Riad. Ultimately, I had a wonderful stay at Karawan Riad and I would highly recommend this accommodation to all travelers.

From the moment we knocked on the beautifully carved wooden door of the Riad, we felt like we were well cared for. And the staff expressed such a genuine concern for our well being it was impossible not to let them care for us. The suite was gloriously large and gorgeously appointed and the food!!!! Don't miss one dinner! The staff at both breakfast and dinner were accommodating and delighted to engage in conversation--language appeared not to be a problem when both of us were smiling. Added help was offered by Nezha for an early morning checkout and answered various tourist questions we had.

Such a wonderful experience at Karawan riad. The place is gorgeous and beautifully decorated. We had the Domani suite on the terrace and felt the rooftop was all ours. The staff was incredibly dedicated and pleasant, from the Manager to the waiters and bellboy. We had a superb dinner and two beautiful breakfasts. Well worth the price !

Nous avons passé un séjour absolument parfait au Riad. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été séduits par la décoration magnifique qui crée une atmosphère à la fois authentique et élégante. Le personnel, toujours à l'écoute et accueillant, a rendu notre expérience encore plus agréable. Chaque matin, nous avons savouré un petit déjeuner délicieux et varié, ce que nous avons particulièrement apprécié. Quant au d?ner, il était tout simplement exceptionnel. Nous recommandons vivement ce Riad et espérons y revenir très bient?t.

The stay overall was amazing, clean spacious riad, beautiful rooms, great breakfast, super friendly staff. We booked two different rooms and both of them were spectacular. I personally enjoyed how quiet the place was during the whole stay especially after coming from very busy day and wanted to chill. Highly recommended ??

We did a tour of Morocco. We stayed in many remarkable places. You should read the entire sequence of our reviews. We got amazing service at every accommodation we stayed at in Morocco. Karawan Riad was a great value. It was the first non-western style accommodation we enjoyed at the beginning of our extended tour of Morocco. Service throughout Morocco is unlike anything you have experienced before. Kerawan Riad was no exception. We strongly recommend it, especially at its current price point.

You want a cultural trip with a 5 star stay, then Karawan Riad it is. Right in the Medina. It’s a restored historical Riad with a small spa and restaurant. Try the foot treatment they offer. After a full day of walking around Fes, Lemiya made the pain go away. Then try their restaurant. For dinner, their chicken Tagine was the best I’ve had in Morocco. Breakfast is another experience you don’t want to miss. Mohammad made our breakfast special this morning. Everybody from the hotel manager to the bell boy are sweet and welcoming. Extremely Clean hotel with cute rooms and zen feeling bathrooms. We loved our stay.

As part of our 3 week tour of Morocco, we spent Valentine’s night at Karawan Riad in the Dzhari Suite. We couldn’t have been happier with the choice. Not only was the Riad unique and architecturally interesting, as are so many wonderful accommodations throughout the country, the service and hospitality were outstanding. The location was ideal, and staff were friendly, attentive and welcoming. The dinner and breakfast service were both very good and we thoroughly enjoyed the experience!
