服务很好，食物好吃！就是地理位置很偏僻，司机不愿意送。酒店有免费突突车。但是，不得不説，它在山头所以景色才是无敌好，只是路不好走。如果基础设施修好了，可能价格更贵了。

Beautiful place with horrible management. Firstly it’s the communication issue we had online. Many of my message went unanswered for days, I only receive my pick up confirmation a few hours before arriving in Aswan. We also experienced miscommunication about pricing. The manager, Aziz, told us we only need a regular car for our trip, but the front desk later insisted we needed a larger car at DOUBLE the price. After going back and forth, she admitted that no regular cars were available, despite my request months in advance. But I appreciate the manager apologised and offering the bigger car but at the same pricing that we’ve mentioned through WhatsApp. Our boat trip the next day was no better, due to a language barrier with the captain, we were dropped off early and missed two locations included in our package. No tuk-tuk was arranged for our return, and we had to get a local to help us call the captain. When the captain hand his phone over to me to talk to the manager, Mr. Ahmed Aziz, raised his voice at me, spoke over me again and again, even making me feel belittled for wanting a proper explanation about the situation since we were absolutely confused. Not to mentioned, they we’re lying about the closing time for one of the location we were supposed to go to but we didn’t have it in us to argue anymore. The room itself was amazing especially the view, but the aircon was dripping the whole two night that we were there. We have to stay in the same room even after raising our concern and the way they fix it was to put a towel under the spot where it’s dripping. The rest of the staff was extremely helpful and have such an amazing attitude, but the front desk lady and the manager Aziz could do some training with their communication skill :)

大家一定要听劝！别住这里！大家一定要听劝！别住这里！大家一定要听劝！别住这里！别来这家酒店，在山上伸手不见五指，四周一片漆黑，最主要是他家不值这个价钱山下努比亚村里麪200人民币能住更好的????一个早餐俩鸡蛋价格破麪包要8美金还是盒饭的价格堂食要收14美金一个人屋内没有wifi 衞生间还要自己收拾！老板想挣钱想疯了真的建议携程旅行把他们家下架太黑了

Absolutely wonderful ! They totally take care of you here The food is amazing The staff is great ! The drive there is a bit rough but worth it . I am a very seasoned traveler and I own a hotel . I loved this place

这家酒店环境不错，就是有点偏，方圆都是沙漠的样子，但是真的很出片，下面就是尼罗河，我都下去游泳了，拍了一个非常有意义的视频，真的不错

Katodoll is a unique hotel for relaxation and disconnection from outer world and social media it’s perfect for couples to enjoy the vibes and have a wonderful experience but not suitable for seniors and the way to the hotel is not paved for half the way and it’s through a mountain People working there are friendly helpful and the food is organic
