Sch?ne Appartements mit toller Aussicht. Sehr gute Betten. Der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Wir hatten hier eine sch?ne Zeit. Es ist hier im positivem Sinne famili?r und pers?nlich. Alle wesentlichen Dinge wie Strand und Stadtmitte sind gut erreichbar

We had an incredibly disappointing experience at this hotel. The room was very basic, the air conditioning was broken leaking all over the floor. We had two bathroom floods during our stay, making the room smell of urine. The the hotel owner sorted the problems relatively quickly but when we reported the issues, he was abrupt and accused us of causing the problems in the first place. We were being blamed for their poor maintenance. We were also threatened with a charge for a minor mark on a towel, as if we were being fined for their lack of quality control. The hotel's / hotel provider listed false advertisement they claimed to have a pool, but it turned out to be a pool at a neighboring hotel (which is fine), but we were told we couldn't use the pool due to some obscure claims about a certain group of people not liking British guests. This was not only ridiculous and ****** but also made us feel unsafe and unwelcome as 2 girls holidaying. The whole experience left us frustrated, inconvenienced, and regretting the decision to stay at this hotel. Thankfully there was plenty to do during the day so we spent little time at the hotel!

This was our first trip to Greece. The hotel room is very basic. Older furniture throughout. Beds were not comfortable for any of us. They did a good cleaning job every 2nd day. We were charged for A/C. (Never had to pay for that in all our travels, so maybe it’s a Greek thing??) The host Anton is very kind and chatty. He was kind to let us keep our items in the room after checking out so we could spend time at the pool before our shuttle came late afternoon. There is no pool onsite, but two available to anyone one minute walk away in either directions from the hotel.

Antonio & Helen were lovely hosts very friendly & helpful, nothing too much trouble. Apartment cleaned every other day. free WiFi. Short walk to beaches / shops & bars. Definitely stay here again perfect location.

Loved our stay, the hosts Antonio & Helen were so nice and helped with anything we needed , our room was basic but clean with air conditioning and free wifi , anyone wanting to book here for very good rate I suggest you contact Antonio direct at Kavosfantasia@gmail.com when booking through travel agent the host gets very little compared to the travel agent, these guys work all day and do there best and deserve more , if anyone does go though travel agent please don’t pay for your air conditioning until you get there , again Antonio get’s nothing but yet has his bills to pay. We will be returning X

Recently, my friends and I stayed at these apartment’s on a girls holiday . I have to say our experience was far from positive . Upon arrival , the owner Antonio took all of our passports as a ‘security measure .’ This seemed suspicious to us , but we gave them to him anyway as he assured us we would get them back . While the location was in acceptable walking distance from the ***** , the standard of the accommodation was far from adequate . The bathroom was unclean and the shower curtain was dirty . The owner also informed us upon arrival that the use of the air conditioning would cost extra and the WI-FI was not working . Furthermore , he also informed us that if there were to be any stains on his towels or sheets we would have to compensate him . The fridge was also out of action , and the general cleanliness of the kitchen was not of acceptable standard . I would advise anyone who is looking to stay in Kavos , not to stay in this accommodation. Other hotels closer to the ***** is more ideal for lads / girls holidays such as the que side hotel.
