Very nice stay in Keys Hotel. Staff was extremely friendly and atmosphere was very nice. Overall good food and good sleep (rooms had AC which was very nice). Also everything was very clean and not too expensive at all. Live music bar was an excellent way to end the evenings!

The hotel is comfortable and adequate as a jumping off point for Safari or a Kilimanjaro trip. The best part is the restaurant, and Emmanuel is a fantastic server!

We had a wonderful dining experience at the restaurant at this hotel. The food was amazing and our waitress was fabulous. Elizabeth provided us with great customer service. Her friendly service and smiles kept us returning for multiple meals.

We had a wonderful stay. The rooms were comfortable and very clean, the service was excellent and super friendly. The food at the restaurant was delicious . We would definitely be happy to return.

Great food excellent service nice rooms. Make use of the pool out back. They have pretty much everything you need or they will get it. I was part of a large group (14) and we were all satisfied with the accommodations.

Very warm welcome and nice food upon late arrival. Great service from Richard! Would recommend to anyone who is planning to go to Kilimanjaro to start!

I can’t say enough good things about this spot! The vibe is so relaxed and "cool" the kind of place where you can really just settle in and enjoy yourself. Every bite of the food was incredible, you can tell they actually care about the quality they’re putting out. Honestly, it was Elizabeth who made my visit so cool. She was so attentive and genuinely kind, making sure i had everything i needed without ever being overbearing. It’s those personal touches that turn a good meal into a great memory. I’m already telling all my friends they have to check this place out. I’ll definitely be back often.

Charles ist ein au?ergew?hnlich guter Kellner. Er war praktisch rund um die Uhr für uns da, immer aufmerksam, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Dazu kommt, dass er einfach ein richtig cooler Typ ist – professionell, entspannt und mit einem tollen Gespür für G?ste. Dank ihm haben wir uns jederzeit bestens betreut und willkommen gefühlt. Absolut empfehlenswert!

I visited a restaurant in Keys Hotel and was hosted by Emmanuel. I can recommend food which was delicious ?? I ordered indian food, excellent! And Emmanuel was very friendly and helpfull, smiled and very positive. All in all- great place in Moshi!!

Een heel warm welkom! Bij aankomst helpen ze je met je tassen en brengen ze je naar de kamers. De bediening is altijd even vriendelijk. Foya en Charles hebben ons de dagen fantastisch geholpen.
