We stayed at Kini Bay for 8 nights and absolutely loved it. Our room had a great balcony with lots of space and lovely views to the bay and village, perfect spot for breakfast. The room was very clean and had an excellent, large, firm bed with good pillows, we slept very well! Shower was good too, good power and always hot. The room was cleaned every day and sheets changed a lot. The kitchenette part was well stocked with equipment for breakfast etc. The walk to the beach is only 5 mins down, but is a moderate climb on the way up, but not too steep and not long and worth it for the amazing views (we also saw a hedgehog on the path which was a nice surprise!). Efi the owner is really lovely and very helpful. We want to go back!

Perfect little gem! The host was exceptional - so welcoming and helpful. Room was spotless, comfortable and really well equipped. Wonderful terrace with views across Kini bay (including magnificent sunset). 100% recommended. Short stroll into village with 3 main tavernas, sandy beach and tiny bakery. Blissful!

We stayed here for 5 nights on our island hopping trip around Greece. Efi and here staff were wonderful. The view from our room No 8 was amazing. The walk to the beach is 5-10mins but slightly longer as it is uphill coming back. Although there are some stairs by the church which makes it a bit easier. If we come back to Syros we wouldn’t hesitate it staying her. Highly recommended

Fabulous accommodation in a beautiful location. 5 star. Amazing views over the bay. Clean, comfortable and spacious. Lovely little balcony off our room perfect for having a drink watching the sunset. The room was serviced every day which was so lovely. Efi was amazing. So helpful. I left my passport in the room and didn’t realise until I got to Athens. She answered all my messages promptly when I told her, and arranged for a courier to send the passport by ferry to Athens. A big thank you. Would definitely return. Syros is a beautiful island. Kini Bay is wonderful. The only thing to note is the climb up from the beach, it is only 10 minutes but quite hilly…going down is 5 minutes…remember to pack comfortable sandals ??

We stayed for 13 nights in June in studio 7, which had a huge private balcony with an amazing view over the bay and hills beyond. The room was kept spotless and cleaned every day, with sheets and towels changed frequently. Decent shower with plenty of hot water, and a large, comfy bed. An easy stroll down to the beach and village, with a short but very steep section on the way back up! Great buses to get around the island, and we hired a quad from the village for a few days too. Efi the owner was just lovely - so friendly and helpful.

One of the best accommodation ever!!! Great location, with a stunning view of the bay and Kini village. Very well equipped rooms, extremely cleen and comfortable. Many thanks to mister Giannis and his dotter Efi for warm wellcome and hospitality , we will come back for sure. We stayed here recently for 7 nights. Beautiful apartments and facilities that are kept spotlessly clean. The property sits on a hill with stunning views over Kini Bay. The hill may be a bit of a challenge for someone with walking difficulties. Great value for money and would stay here again.
