Poorly managed and maintained.
Rooms
- Toilets had constant sewage and drain smell
- Slimy toilets and amenities in toilet
- Rooms were not cleaned properly?
- Water and towels were not topped up. Only after requests everyday
- Bedroom Door could not close.Had to ask for door to be fixed.
Breakfast?
- Food always running out and not topped up
- 2 times the restaurant had to do supply runs to top up eggs and bread!!!
- We had to skip breakfast as we waited 45 minutes with no food
The location is a bit far away from the centre than I expected.
The outlook of the hotel is relaxing but somehow disappointing for the room inside. First of all, one of the light and the shower handle in the room had been broken, eve thought the technician came fix those things, the shower handle was really working at all. Secondly, it’s too noisy at night. You could hear noise of the plane which flies over, people singing from the restaurant nearby. And lastly, the facilities inside the room were “historical”.
But, at least they do have breakfast provided. And there’s a market nearby, found that on a Saturday morning.
I really loved the atmosphere of the hotel, and the way the room was prepared was just perfect! The towel folding welcome was such a nice touch. Very impressed.
I had an amazing stay! The service was excellent, and the hotel was clean and comfortable. I’m really impressed and would definitely come back!
