for International standards, they need to improve their kitchen variety, many dishes on menu were not available ?and also most of menu are spicy chilli . Could not eat anything for breakfast apart from boiled egg, even steam banana was only available but only once in my 4 nights stay. Staff could not advise me properly what can I have without chilli so I went through menu and paid for food that I could not eat. One night I ever could not sleep because was too much noise in the foyer, group of people was yelling and knocking ?on every door of that level. After my alarm to reception was 30min quite but then till 8am was the same laud noise group of people. What was happening and why it was allowed? KKM reception said sorry ma’am after my complaint for sleepless night. Even buffet breakfast wasn’t been there that morning which I paid for, so I have to be happy with limited meal as room service. KKM need provider better security for ppl staying in hotel.

Visited the rooftop many times. Amazing views and atmosphere around. Food quality is really good
