Environment was good,good location very near to Pavillion.I had a great night's sleep. The room was very quiet thanks to the effective soundproofing, and the bed was extremely comfortable.

Such a gem. I was travelling in KL for a couple of days myself, the hotel just felt like a home away from home, special shout out to front desk staff. It is the next level of hospitality, it's like there's a local friend ready to provide you with all the things you should go visit and eat and more while you are in KL.
The room is clean, amenities are great. I like the fact there's a snack box where you could try the childhood favourite in Malaysia. The only even better ifs I could think of is it does take a while to have hot water in shower, but eventually the hot water will come and the water pressure was great!
I spent Christmas day there and enjoyed the Christmas event in the afternoon with plenty festive cakes and hot drinks, and even edible drawing pens to draw on biscuits!
I would highly recommend this hotel and return to this hotel without a doubt.

This hotel is very artistic and comfortable. The vibe is awesome, the staff is friendly and able to speak mutli language. We enjoy our stay in this hotel. The swimming pool is a little bit small, except this everything is perfect.

I had a wonderful stay at KLoe Hotel and overall it was a great experience. The front office staff were exceptionally friendly and always welcoming with a smile, which made me feel at ease from the moment I arrived.
I didn’t try the breakfast or food at the hotel, as there are plenty of amazing local food options nearby. The location is very strategic, it’s less than a 10-minute journey to TRX and Pavilion, making it especially convenient for first-time visitors to Kuala Lumpur.
One small point for improvement: the swimming pool is located next to a conference room, and during my visit there was an event taking place. This made the pool area feel less private, as people inside the conference room could easily see the pool, which slightly affected the sense of relaxation. Just a small observation for consideration.
Overall, I would still highly recommend KLoe Hotel for its great location, friendly staff, and pleasant atmosphere.

Modern design, location ok acceptable, parking 10 ringgit for whole stay unlimited in out, my room is quiet and have a good night sleep.

特别的建筑风格，很喜欢在深林的感觉，可以现实就在kl最繁荣的这区，方差跟大很好玩，早餐很好吃！美中不足就是parking的路口和进口都很小，其他都没有太大问题！

房间一入去，第一印象真系好好，靓到爆！不过，洗手间同淋浴间有啲小问题。马桶板安装得有啲唔平稳，rain shower/shower head控制器又成日会扭过头，搞到上面个rain shower会出水，但最惨系啲水系冻冰冰?。
另外，房间一开始淋浴间入面嘅沐浴露系空嘅，拖鞋两个人住，只系俾咗一对。所以我打电话俾通宵前台嘅**事，叫佢去补充吓沐浴露同拖鞋。佢一开始好似有啲唔信，问我系咪真系冇，我解释咗之后，佢就覆「好唔耐烦既 alright」。我谂我嘅要要求有阻住佢工作。
不过，退房当日嘅前台就好好，笑容满面，好热情，同之前嗰位真系好大反差！
酒店整体都唔错，但系下次应该唔会再住啦。
