Struttura pulita e in ottima posizione, personale gentile e disponibile. Ottima posizione per visitare tutte le migliori spiagge. Unica pecca la piscina avrebbe bisogno di un po' di manutenzione

Βλ?πει? 3 παραλ?ε? (1η βρομολιμνο, 2η κολι?, 3η Αγ?α Παρασκευ?) με 5' απ?σταση και 10' για παραλ?α Κουκουναρι??. Η πισ?να τ?λεια για χαλ?ρωση. Η οικοδ?σποινα ευγενεστατη καθ?? και ?λο το προσωπικ? ( το παιδ? στο πρωιν? και οι καθαρ?στριε?) Η μεγαλ?τερη μου ?μω? αδυναμ?α ?ταν ?? ο Μαξ ?? Μα τι γλυκ? κουταβ?κι. Σα? ευχαριστο?με π?ρα πολ? για την υπ?ροχη φιλοξεν?α που μα? χαρ?σατε. We have been coming here for 4 years and absolutely love it. Rooms are spotless and cleaned every 2 days. All rooms have a balcony with a sea view .. well worth the walk up the hill. Argie and George are so friendly and welcoming as are the rest of the staff. 10 minutes walk to the beautiful Kolios beach where fish swim around you in the sea. Handy for tavernas in Agia Paraskevi ( Jimmy’s is a must!) and the bus stop. Great supermarket nearby who deliver for free. We’re already booked for next year!! ??

Friendly staff. Basic but filling breakfast with views of the bay. It’s really a budget accommodation tbh but the rooms are clean and comfy with everything you need. All rooms are sea facing with amazing views…..but these views come at a cost to your legs!!!! Would have given five stars based on value for money if there were some steps which would be much less like a cardio workout!

I would like to say how good kolios view is , we have stayed In many high class hotels and appartments . We have never experienced the cleanliness and the room service provided by the team at kolios view (bedding and room cleaned every two days ?? . The view is stunning and well worth the walk up the hill , I am 68 with a bad knee ,however if you stop a few times then it's not a problem. I would personally like to say a big thank you to Argie and George for looking after us both and your help and advice ect . We will be booking again for next year very soon as soon as flights become available. Thank you All again .Martin & Mandy Baker xxx

Location un po' spartana ma essenziale con tutti i confort. Bellissima vista sul mare dal balcone. Personale gentilissimo e disponibile, pulizia eccellente ogni 2 giorni con cambio asciugamani e lenzuola di sopra. Buona colazione a bordo piscina con variazioni giornaliere. Parcheggio disponibile. Ottimo prezzo, vivamente consigliato!

Il nostro appartamento era situato al secondo piano della seconda palazzina. Terrazza con vista mare/piscina stupenda.Gli appartamenti sono quasi tutti vista mare( alcuni al primo piano però non riescono a vederlo). Camera ampia e pulita ( cambio lenzuola e asciugamani a giorni alterni). Piccola zona cucina attrezzata. Proprietari gentili e disponibili, il giorno della partenza ( volo 19.30) ci hanno fornito una stanza per farci la doccia ( con sapone e asciugamani puliti). La colazione è fornita da loro una volta dolce un'altra salata. Nelle vicinanze market e taverne. Se però si vuole un po' di "movimento" : negozi, gelaterie ,pub , bisogna andare a Skiathos Town( c'è un bus che percorre il tragitto molto frequentemente ,fino oltre le 1 di notte).

Siamo stati accolti e seguiti dalla proprietaria in modo splendido, struttura ottima, confortevole e pulitissima.la pulizia e cambio biancheria ogni due gg. Colazioni a scelta dolce o salato , ottime e abbondanti. In posizione tranquilla e vicino alla fermata del bus. Anche la spiaggia vicina è molto bella.

Posizione strategica lungo la costa, a metà strada fra Skiathos Town e Koukounaries. Nelle immediate vicinanze varie taverne, spiagge, fermata del bus, supermarket, noleggio scooter. Pulizia impeccabile, cambio biancheria ogni due giorni. Grande cortesia. Grande piscina vista mare (la baia di Kolios). Colazione adeguata (non a buffet ma personalizzabile, basta chiedere). Eccellente mix di qualità e prezzo. Consigliatissimo.

Had a two week stay 5-19 July and will be back for certain??. Have stayed in different accommodation around Kolios over the years and have now found a real gem with Kolios View Studios. Had a lovely warm welcome the minute we got there .and shown to our room which had amazing views and was extremely clean and kept this way our whole stay. Bed and pillows very comfortable. Staff couldn't do enough to help you and are extremely friendly. We opted for the continental breakfast, which was served each morning by lovely Kostas. Breakfast was very good and varied. Thank you to all at Kolios View for making our stay so enjoyable- we will be back !! ???? Sue and Chris, Cornwall
