We had a good reception at this Ksar although we weren't sure which language the attendant spoke because she spoke very softly. She was very nice and made arrangements for our hammam and massage at the last minute. We had dinner on the premises, and it was delicious, but it took a long time be served. Strangely we were not offered tea when they served dessert and we had to order it separately. We were leaving very early the next day, and we requested an early breakfast but were told it was too early, however they prepared us sandwiches, fruit, yogurt, to keep in the room refrigerator. The entire place was dark at 6 am there was no one in sight and it was difficult to find the light switches near the reception desk. It is beautiful Ksar and it's so close to the desert you feel you are right in it. The pool is very beautiful!
Had a wonderful time with Hassan in the camp. He was super nice and amazing. If you ever come to Morocco this is the place to check out. You won’t be disappointed! The food was amazing and the music was extraordinary.
Si le paradis existe, il ne doit pas être loin de Ksar Bicha, Ali et son équipe sont toujours au petit soin pour leurs h?tes, si ils peuvent répondre à n'importe demande, ils feront leur maximum pour vous faire plaisir. cela fait plus de 15 ans que nous y allons et nous continuerons à y revenir toujours avec le même plaisir. Un maravilloso rincon en el desierto de Marruecos. Todo el personal se desvive por hacer tu estancia perfecta y especial y lo consiguen. Estuvimos en el campamento superior y...?nos cayó una tormenta con rayos y truenos tremenda! Pues bien, todo el personal se volcó en compensar lo que era un fenómeno natural imprevisto y que tuvieramos una estancia perfecta y así fue. Un recuerdo maravilloso de todo, las jaimas, la comida, el personal. ?Gracias por todo! volveremos sin dudar.
Avventura in quad nel deserto e notte sotto le stelle nel campo tendato, con queste premesse la mia recensione può solo che essere ottima! Ci siamo trovate benissimo, tutto lo staff è gentile e, davanti al piccolo falò che viene allestito dopo cena, c’è modo di scambiarsi curiosità culturali che in qualche modo legano inevitabilmente a questo posto. Nelle tende non c’è acqua calda, ma siamo nel deserto, è più che normale così.

Une agreable pause au bord du desert dans cet hotel haut de gamme avec des tarifs plus que raisonnable. Piscine tres agreable,bcp de transat et table ,avec de l ombre ! Excursion privatisée inoubliable dans le desert avec nuit sous tente berbere.

We spent two nights at Ksar Bicha. One night in the hotel, and the second night camping in the ‘superior’ tents. The hotel property is lovely and the staff were excellent. The pool is so refreshing. We spent the afternoon by the pool after a really cool 4x4 excursion where we learned about the origins of mascara and met a Berber nomadic family. Our ‘golden hour’ camel ride to the desert was truly memorable. The desert camp exceeded my expectations. Our tent had a western toilet, a sink and a shower with hot water, which was appreciated after the 2.5hr camel ride to the camp. The food at Ksar Bicha and the camp was truly excellent. We really enjoyed our stay!
