Please accept our sincerest apologies for the inconvenience you experienced.We understand how uncomfortable it must have been to stay in a warm room due to the centrally controlled air conditioning. Unfortunately, as the building uses a central climate system, individual temperature adjustments are limited. However, our staff can provide portable fans or heaters upon request, and we are currently reviewing ways to make room temperature control more flexible for our guests.We are also very sorry that you found the bed too hard and the blanket uncomfortable. Your comments have been shared with our housekeeping and procurement teams so that we can reassess our bedding materials and ensure a more restful night’s sleep for future guests.In addition, we sincerely apologize for the presence of mosquitoes in your room.
