Das Lac Hotel ist inmitten der Altstadt von Melide gelegen. Es gibt einige Parkpl?tze, die für die Hotelg?ste zur Verfügung stehen. Ansonsten wird es schwierig, weil die Parkpl?tze in der Schweiz fast alle kostenpflichtig sind. Unser Zimmer war sehr ger?umig und komfortabel ausgestattet. Das Highlight war der direkte Blick auf den See von unserem riesigen Balkon aus. Auch das Frühstück, das keine Wünsche offen l?sst, kann man mit herrlichem Blick auf den Luganer See genie?en. Die Mitarbeiter waren alle sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. In der N?he des Hotels befinden sich einige Restaurants. Das Strandbad von Melide ist fussl?ufig erreichbar, man geht nur ca. 10- 15 Minuten am See entlang. Auch direkt vom Hotel aus kann man über einen eigenen Steg im See baden gehen. Wir k?nnen das Hotel daher uneingeschr?nkt weiterempfehlen!

Sehr nette Gastgeber, Frühstück und Abendessen waren wirklich sehr ordentlich. Wir hatten die Suite mit Seeblick. Für unser Auto wurde sogar ein Parkplatz frei gemacht. Preis sicherlich hoch, aber für Schweiz ok. Etwas au?erhalb vom Ort aber ruhig

Sch?nes kleines Hotel in ausgezeichneter Lage am See. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und würden immer wieder kommen. Das Zimmer mit Balkon war eher klein, aber ok. Das Frühstück war sehr ausgebreitet und erfüllte all unsere Wünsche.

The best stay! A dream hotel. The view, the staff, the experience were 1st class. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the hospitality and the standard of our stay. The view from our balcony was magnificent and even on rainy days we could sit out and marvel at our view. Our room was immaculate. Housekeeping kept it spotless for us. Nothing was too much trouble. We ate breakfast ever day and were never disappointed. We also ate at the restaurant on the last night. Absolutely amazing. Massive thanks to our amazing front of house staff. 1st class service. Thank you for making our stay so precious

We cannot say enough good things about le lac hotel in Melide. It’s our third stay with them and we genuinely feel like you’re part of the family. Carlotta very kindly picked us up from the station showing they’re kindness and genuine concern for you’re comfort and welfare is their top priority which is rarely seen these days. We booked for 2 nights but had to extend and we’re up graded to the honeymoon suite which was incredible! So kind of them to do this. Apart from everything else being super comfortable, great location, free parking, strong wifi, the breakfast deserves an extra mention. When we stayed the hotel was quiet but the breakfast buffet selection was as if the hotel was full! Incredible selection, cold meats and cheese, smoked salmon, pastries, breads, cooked breakfast items, boiled eggs, full cereal range, I could go on! And the coffee is great too! Thank you as always for making our stays so memorable.

Servizio impeccabile e cibo delizioso. Location fantastica,personale gentile e disponibile. Se posso dare solo una raccomandazione sarebbe quella di avere luci meno intense in sala per creare un'atmsofera più rilassante e accogliente.

établissement magnifique, les pieds dans l’eau. Tout près de Lugano mais suffisamment à l’écart pour un séjour en tranquillité. Les chambres sont confortables et bien décorées. Le personnel est très accueillant, gentil et bienveillant. Ne ratez pas l’occasion de manger dans le restaurant de l’h?tel : tout juste incroyable !!! Nourriture délicieuse et plats généraux. Nous avons hate de retourner ici. Plus que conseillé !!!

The Lac Hotel is fine hotel in an area that has plenty of charm and vistas to look at, but pricing can be acceptable to astronomic. We spent one overnight enroute to points south. It was conducive to where we needed to be and offered an overnight in a peaceful beautiful area. The price point was a tad on the high side but for the area you would be hard pressed to stay someplace less expensive with a view. The good points: a beautiful view even with rain and fog; room was tasteful albeit small; it had a mini fridge with complimentary soft drinks--nice touch; breafast was ok noting special but not awful as some other reviews, they do tend to go a little on the cheaper side with breakfast but it was sufficient. The not so good points: Parking. There is six spots and then you will need to walk about five minutes to the closest public outdoor spot--not horrible until it is raining; The bed had to be one of the worst beds I have slept in. If you like extra firm, you will love the bed. Honestly, they should just invest in a memory foam mattress topper or something. It spoiled an otherwise very pleasant stay. Overall, would likely stay again but would probably look in the area before booking.

Stanze abbastanza piccole ma vista da sogno. Sembra di dormire sospesi sul lago. Qualche difficoltà (risolta) per parcheggiare. Colazione sul meraviglioso terrazzino ammirando il lago con i suoi cigni.
