TV not working.

When I approached the night reception counter, his answer was that he will feedback to management in the morning.

I was a bit dissapointed as soon as i arrive at the hotel. The receptionist inform me that my booking was not there. But i do receive an email that my booking was confirmed and the bill already deducted from my accound bank. So i’ve decided to call service center ,luckily i got a good staff one name chelsea. And within a second service center call the hotel and glady hotel actually do receive the booking but missing the email as they were sending under ******* email (sharing company and the booking was made under apps trip.com). For the hotel , the staff the room all just complete my statisfaction with no complain. Thanks fr both hotel and trip com service center. Both are doing a goodjob

场所はとてもアクセスしやすいです。
近くはBARやマッサージ、大规模なナイトマーケットもありました。
壁やドアが薄く、音が响くので、何度も目を覚ましました。

The place is excellent! In fact i even extended for a day. It’s near to everything that i want to visit like pavillion, food shops, petronas etc.
