We feel truly sorry that you did not enjoy your trip in Galapagos, because you were with your family and friends, and all the rest were very happy with everything that life gave them the chance to live. They felt thankful with our attentions, and details with affection that we had with the whole group, since we appreciate you all. We understand that not everyone has the same assertive attitude It is necessary that you remember having asked not to clean your room twice during your 14 days stay, since your son was sleeping. Instead the day before you left, you spent sometime in the room, so we could not clean it, and when you asked, it was already 1 pm. And our cleaning schedule written when people book, is until 11. That is why we clean either smaller or bigger, nicer or less nice, cheaper or more expensive rooms until that time.

HOWEVER IF SOMEBODY DOES NOT LIKE OR CAN NOT WALK, TAXIS ARE AVAILABLE AT THE CORNER FOR ONLY $2 THE RIDE, BECAUSE ALTHOUGH WE ARE RIGHT NEXT TO THE NATIONAL PARK RESERVE, WHICH MAKES IT CALM TO RELAX AND REST, WE ARE STILL CLOSE TO RESTAURANTS, GROCERY AND SOUVENIR, STORES, PHARMACYS AND DOCTORS, BUT NOT IN THE NOISE OF THE CENTER! WE ALSO FELT HONORED AND BLESSED TO HOST YOU ALL, AND WISH YOU COULD RETURN AS MUCH AS YOU HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO DO SO.
