It's ok.
Because it's at the centre of the market.
The only issues is the bus park directly in front of the hotel, but the view from the 7th floor is great

Very close to bus booking offices if you're catching a bus to nearby cities

The hotel isn't at the level of a 4-star hotel unlike the listing in *******. The furniture is wearing out, and the quality of the room and bathroom of a 3-start at best. And it's too expensive, and located in a dirty, unsafe, traffic-jammed area. It can be extremely difficult to book a cab in that area.
However, most of the staff members I interacted with were understanding and helpful.

Al regresar de nuestro safari, nos alojamos 1 noche en este hotel para salir al día siguiente hacia Diani Beach. Al llegar a la calle dónde se ubica el hotel, nos llevamos las manos a la cabeza, demasiado caos para una ni?a de 10 a?os con la que viajábamos... Pero nada más entrar, nos llevamos la más grata sorpresa: todo un ejemplo de amabilidad, comodidad y simpatía. Su recepcionista nos ayudó en todo, mucho más allá de sus funciones, facilitándonos la estancia en todas y cada una de nuestras necesidades. A?adir que la comida es bastante buena y muy barata. Respecto a las habitaciones, pueden resultar algo ruidosas debido a la ubicación del hotel; no obstante, se puede descansar. El ba?o no es muy cómodo, demasiado peque?o, por lo que el váter dista tan sólo unos centímetros de la ducha y separado de la habitación por una mampara semitransparente... Pero en líneas generales, totalmente recomendable para 1 noche.
