Door lock was old and difficult to work for older hands. Asked for help. Maint said it was just the way it was. Had to pull hard on handle then twist key hard. Some help. Top prices for a nice room, but no coffee or tea service. Coffee was $3.50 for smalest cup. Would not go back.
The overall feeling of the place is a nostalgic cabin feeling . I didn’t like how they told us that they don’t clean the rooms at all. For 5 days our room wasn’t cleaned . And if we needed fresh towels we had to remember to leave them outside the night before. Not what I’m use to staying at a hotel. Room service was always available.
Excellent staff and excellent location, breakfast cafe right there. The lake is right there with clean water . The only suggestion I have is for the mattress, it needs to be better. Debbie, Magic were great and we enjoyed our stay.

Parking was incredibly difficult and getting out of there was almost impossible. Very very tight fit . Both mornings there wasn’t any hot water in the shower. Not happy about that at all for $400 a night.
Room was not cleaned during our stay.. Also, had analog tv and only hand full of channels. Picture was horrible .
Again for $400 a night, it should have been an amazing place with ample parking, hot water and decent tv.
Nice queen room. New carpeting. Comfortable bed but needs new pillows. I didn’t like the fact that there was no coffee pot in the room. If there was an elevator I wouldn’t mind so much but walking up the stairs with 2 cups of coffee can be tricky. The air conditioner was a bit noisy but since my husband snores it drowned him out! We can
live without maid service but it would have been nice to have. Also the ice maker was broken but they did have some in the office. Nice pool. Overall, nice stay.
