Staff are accommodating and friendly, the only fault i would say is the bathroom or shower room no exhaust fan and smells badly, good thing beds are far away from bathroom's door.

Words can not explain the view of the lake, mountains and sea. The Villa home is so clean and spacious, we were amazed. The pools are unbelievably made on the side of the mountain literally, never had I ever seen such beautiful topography and style, Lake View Suites is truly a one of a kind resort for friends and family.

The room smells bad and have flies. Heater works for only 5 minutes. Water is very low. Staffs are nice but facilities sucks.

Friendly and accommodating staffs. The place is so quite that is suitable for people like me who wants peace of mind. Since I book it on a Sunday, I could barely see other guests around and it felt like I booked the entire property ??. Overall, a good experience.

Hotel is very good, staff are amazing. I enjoyed the partial lake view. Will definitely come back. :)

The place is clean, beautiful place to stay. The only problem we encounter was the staff will charge us for a towel lost. Wherein it was found on the drawer, because we argue, we ourselves look for towel. The staff must check it first 100 percent, before jump into conclusion that it was lost.
