As we were in town for the rugby we didn’t get to spend much time here, but what we did was spot on. Hosts let us leave our bags early which was super useful, furnished us with directions and were extremely welcoming. Short walk to the centre of town and extremely handy for tramline A which runs all the way to the airport in about 45 minutes. Very well priced as well, circa ￡120 for a room that could sleep 3.
Outstanding B&B in Bordeaux!
Our stay at La Maison Bastide was outstanding! From the warm welcome and hospitality of the hosts Patricia and Christophe, the delicious breakfasts every morning (with the best homemade yogurts), and clean and well-decorated rooms, we could not ask for more! Patricia was very eager to share recommendations for restaurants, the best ways top get around, and all the tips we needed to have a successful trip. The property is very close to a Tram stop so all the sights are easily accessible. A beautiful home in a beautiful city!!
We really enjoyed our stay at La Maison Bastide. The room was clean and comfortable. Patricia was very welcoming and provided us with great advice on our first day. The house is full of character and a peaceful oasis in a vibrant city. We enjoyed breakfast around the large table with other guests with some great conversation. Certainly a place we would return to or recommend to friends.
All the reviews are accurate! This is hands down one of the best places I've ever stayed 10*!! Patricia & her husband are super friendly & gracious! Super adorable room, delicious breakfast with yogurt, fruit, cheeses, salami & croissants. I stayed 2 night. Best sleep ever. Highly recommend!!

This bed and breakfast of five suites is in a wonderful location for visiting all the sights of Bordeaux, just across the bridge from the Old Town. Four tram stops from the centre of town, you can also walk or cycle on bike paths all the way. Patricia and Christophe were welcoming and helpful hosts. The accomodation was very quiet, elegant and superbly comfortable. The breakfast was generous and varied. We stayed a week and it was hot, so we really appreciated the pool, shaded terrace and the air-conditioning. There is one suite on the ground floor, the rest are on the first floor.
Première expérience en maison d'h?te réussie pour mon compagnon et moi-même. La maison est au calme (dans un quartier légèrement isolé certes), décorée avec go?t et parfaitement entretenue. Le tram est à proximité. Patricia est une h?tesse très chaleureuse, toujours aux petits soins et de bons conseils pour ses h?tes. Nous avons réservé la Charleston qui est magnifiquement décorée avec une literie de qualité (ce qui est non négligeable après une journée à explorer la ville !). Le petit déjeuner est servi selon l'heure souhaitée par les convive avec beaucoup de produits fait maison. Si nous repassons à Bordeaux nous retournerons à la Maison Bastide ?a ne fait aucun doute !
