Charming house in the countryside. Exceptionally clean room. Very comfortable bed. Lovely continental breakfast. Outside seating. Minutes from the airport. Cinzia the owner is Lovely and very helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

房東特別好，細心準備早餐，并推薦周邊餐廳，對我很熱情和關心。房間十分乾凈，雖然設施有點老舊，但是我在意大利五天游（米蘭-佛羅倫薩-比薩-五漁村-威尼斯）里住過設施最好的三星級酒店了。此外，距離圣馬可波羅機場很近，走路就可以到達，在市區的羅馬廣場乘坐市郊大巴也很方便，很值得體驗

Prenotato il giorno prima per soggiornarvi la sera seguente, ho trovato la proprietaria molto cordiale. Camera piccola ma pulita e con tutti i comfort(frigo bar, snack dolci e salati, televisione). Camera dotata di zanzariere alle finestre. Bagno piccolo ma pulito con wc, doccia e lavandino. Possibilità di fare colazione in loco anche con partenze molto presto dall'aeroporto. Quest'ultimo distante pochi minuti a piedi oppure con navetta. Prezzo molto onesto e struttura dotata di parcheggio.

A lovely little B&B, abolutely perfect for the airport, which is just a 5 minutes taxi ride away. It was immaculatley clean, and Cinzia was very welcoming. She provided a continental breakfast which included delicious fresh fruit. We would definitely choose to stay there again.

Modest and spotlessly clean. Cinzia had prepared thermos flasks and a simple breakfast, but we had to leave too early to stop and sample it. Climbing narrow stairs is a bit of a problem with a heavy bag, so in future we might choose one of the nearby hotels in Tessera. The booking was done without a credit card guarantee, on trust alone. A most refreshing change, and much appreciated.
