Since your arrival, my team and i were very attentive of you and your wife, especially when we saw your wife alone at the pool when she was lying on a deckchair by the pool all dressed alone and seemed in a state needing assistance. I already informed all my team in the hotel and restaurant to be carefully with you and your wife.We saw you several times a day and no problems were reported to ME, so what do you means by a "Deteriorated Hotel". Moreover, your room being located next to the reception, we were able to see you quite frequently. I am present at the reception every day from morning to evening, it would have been interesting to be able to discuss it together rather than seeing your comment several days after your departure. what saddens me the most. I want to apologize for the pancakes indeed one morning, I just spoke with the restaurant manager who explained to me that they had a problem with the delivery of flour. we have been experiencing for months major supply shortages on the island and deliveries are often canceled or delayed, which in no way excuses the fact that we were not able to redo them that day. In order to apologize, Mariale asked you if she could do something else for you to apologize, which you refused and told Carlos that it was not serious.I really understand your frustration and I truly apologize for this incident. In cases of late arrival due to flight disruptions, any credit or reimbursement must be handled directly by the booking agency, as the payment and contractual conditions are managed by them. This is why I advised you to contact *******.That said, we understand how stressful travel disruptions can be, and we regret that you felt your situation was not handled with enough flexibility or compassion.
