Nous sommes arrivés par hasard au restaurant, le 8 mai au soir, sous une pluie battante. Nous a ons été accueillis chaleureusement. Nous avons vite déchanté : carte sans choses exceptionnelles, tarifs tres élevés. Une dame a c?té de nous n'a pas aimé ses pates... ?a arrive... Nous avons commandé un cassoulet chacun... sois disant Le Vrai. 26€ la cassolette ! Un pur cassoulet industriel, recuit et sans saveur ! Les desserts : la profiterole pas très qualitative au niveau go?t ; la crème br?lée passe-partout... Dommage ! Pour la petite histoire, avons mangé un cassoulet, maison, le lendemain, dans la Cité, 16€ la cassolette... plaisir des papilles compris ! Je ne recommande pas ce restaurant même sous la pluie .

Lovely hotel with great room, good beer, excellent food & wine and great breakfast - I have no complaints , host & waiter was friendly, room was very comfortable with a great shower. Cassoulet maison was delicious- all in all a very good simple hotel

Si vous vouler une vue incroyable sur le cite c'est la rapiere qu'il faut choisir. Le prix est tres correcte et nous avons recu de bonnes explication pour notre sejour. Nous n'avons pas pris les repas mais ca sentait tres bon. Nous reviendrons c'est sur.

La chambre n°1 donnant sur les remparts est spacieuse et était bien propre. La literie est correcte. La vue sur la cité de Carcassonne toute proche est exceptionnelle. Le gros inconvénient est le bruit la nuit. Nombreux passages dans l'escalier et le couloir à toute heure. Bruit du parking. Bruit de la salle des petits déjeuners. Il semble impossible de dormir la fenêtre ouverte car on domine la terrasse du restaurant qui est occupée tardivement. Le petit déjeuner est très quelconque avec du thé à la javel et des confitures de cantine.

Location is perfect next to the old city and free parking. Price included a decent breakfast. Room is quiet basic but we barely stayed in the room. Lionel is a friendly guy. There is a bar restaurant as well however we did not eat there. Wifi was decent and the room basic but clean. Overall great deal for your money and close to the old city.

... just round the corner from the Mercure hotel so ideal if you can't face the 'hill climb' up into the Castle area. Italian in style and cuisine, excellent value with lovely outside Bar and dining area, as well as inside. Enormous Pizzas as well as varied menu. Lovely "local" and informal experience.

La ubicación es muy buena, muy buena. La gente que allí trabaja es muy atenta y educada, con lo que hace que la estancia sea muy agradable y te sientes muy bien. Todo en general es de carácter sencillo y esto le hace, para mi, más atractivo aún. Las habitaciones son sencillas, sin lujos, pero acogedoras. La que teníamos nosotros tenía unas vistas de “La Cite” espectaculares. Otro punto a favor es el parking que tienen para los clientes. Entre la ubicación de “La Rapière” y el parking para clientes fue llegar, aparcar, disfrutar de Carcassonne y no coger el coche hasta que nos fuimos. El desayuno muy correcto y el bar de la terraza muy bonita y más de noche con sus luces. Un lugar muy tranquilo Para repetir, sin duda alguna.

Fully accessible room and bathroom facilities. Very short walk to walled town. Breakfast included. Free car parking onsite and close to our room. Staff on hand for help with breakfast. Restaurant/bar next to our room but didn't disturb our sleep., even though it was open at night. Take low heeled walking shoes as lots of cobbles in the walled town!

They need to update their photos as there is not a pool, the photos are old and not relevant. The rooms were clean but there are no refreshment facilities eg: kettle,which was disappointing and no breakfast tea on offer in the breakfast dining room either. the usual continental food on offer ham, cheese, hard boiled egg, croissants etc There was 2 of us but we were given a family room which was nice and big. The staff were friendly & helpful. The location is good for the castle

Lionel provided great service and we ate a very simple meal of Goats cheese salad and hot chips with drinks. The place is at the foot of the castle so nice and easy to walk up it the castle from there. Plenty of pay parking directly opp restaurant. Outside and indoor tables and pet friendly. Will return here
