The reception was terrible

Location is excellent close to city lift and port and historic centro with restaurants and shopping. Roof top view of Bay of Naples simply spectacular. Property a bit tricky to find upon arrival. Host helpful at check in. Seemed a bit rushed. Rooms small but comfortable. Sink not draining. Good supply of hot water to shower. Breakfast good. Love cappuccino machine, eggs cold, juice empty and more selection needed. Key to front entrance did not work one day with no staff on site to assist. Over all pleasant two night stay. Would recommend and return.

Amazing location
The location is superb and amazing 3 minutes walking from piazza Tasso where all the fun is. with the sea view that is unmatched , they need to work on the communication, to contact them is very hard I sent a message and no body replied until my day of arrival . The breakfast is ok but not a big deal it is ok as per European standards but as an American it is not any any ways I am in Europe so I will not complain plus every thing is close to you so if you don’t like it couple minutes away and you get what you want

This property had the most incredible views of the coastline, with Mt Vesuvius in the backdrop. Our rooms were small but very clean. I wish there was a shelf in bathroom for toiletries. Daily fresh towels and bed was made. Every morning there was a small breakfast in the Social room. Great to get a cup of coffee and a little something to eat before your day out. A little difficult to get in touch with the contact person there at first, but then we were able to get in touch with her very quickly on WhatsApp. The B&B was in a gated area felt very safe walkable to everything downtown Sorrento . Would definitely stay there again.??

Check in after 2:30pm no reception so sent email reply but no response. So arrived early to avoid issue. Room was compact nice terrace overlooking sea. Great location near to town n port. Recommend

Best Stay we had on our Italian vacation. Staff is friendly and helpful, even going so far as to work through a translation app to speak with us in English. Rooms are comfortable and clean, the location is perfect with the absolute best terrace views in Sorrento that overlook the port, beaches and Mt Vesuvius. We would stay here again and plan to in the future. Thanks so much for making our stay fantastic. 10 out of 10

I have just spent 4 nights at this bed and breakfast in Sorrento. I can not adequately describe how good it was. The location is set on the terrace edge of Sorrento with the most amazing views of Sorrento and the bay. We were blown away with the views. Communication from our host was great and she made herself available throughout the day assisting with planning day trips Breakfast was supplied daily, mix of pastries, cold cuts, eggs, cereal, hot vegetables, juice etc. Rooms were modern and clean with daily housekeeping. This stay exceeded our expectations

My wife and I booked 6 nights at la terazza 38 in sorrento We arrived at 8:30 pm at the door trying to get a hold of someone to enter the gate. After 20-30 minutes a young lady responded and got us in. She took us to a room in the basement (Room 5 ) She gave me 3 keys one to the room One to the front door and one to the main gate. And since I had paid for breakfast with my booking (trip.com) she told me time of breakfast 7-10 am And she left and did not see her again after that. ( she spoke to us no more than 2 minutes And God is my witness) There was a horrible sewer smell coming from somewhere the whole time of our staying. When we get to the room every day my wife stayed out side for 10 minutes till I open the door and turn on the air and keep the door open to air out the room. They have no reception to speak to anybody The only person we saw was the room keeper that also prepared breakfast. I don’t recommend staying at this place Very unhealthy environment

I was not very happy and unsatisfied with the unhealthy smell that was coming from the sewerage system in the room the whole time of my stay (Room 5 )down in the basement

Great hotel / B&B in Sorrento, located off a small gated private driveway this hotel overlooks the bay with a prime location. Hotel manager was super friendly on arrival, room was nice and looked like the bathroom was recently renovated. Breakfast was ok selection , seating was a little cramped but all forgotten with a coffee out on the terrace which has some of the best views in town.
