I was in room 5 and had a great stay. The room was huge with everything I needed for an overnight work visit. It was warm and cosy with a lovely spacious bathroom and nice shower. I had no difficulty securing a parking space

Just enjoyed a 3 nights stay. Absolutely gorgeous accommodation, tastefu decor and really spacious. We arrived and the hallway had the most gorgeous smell, our room was absolutely spotless and had a lovely homely feeling. A gorgeous giraffe lamp in the Snug! The bathroom was really clean and great products. We will definitely visit again and highly recommend to friends. Also the position is perfect and we had onsite parking.

Very clean and lovely to have 2 separate and spacious rooms.
Great to have a fridge also.
Only slight downside was lack of shelf in bathroom and limited space to put toiletries etc.
Would certainly stay here again.

Latimer House is in the perfect location for Bowness & Windermere. The property has 5 parking places on a first come first basis (the accommodation has 7 rooms) but the block has many free parking available and so parking was no problem at all.

We stayed for 2 nights mid-week, and had a lovely time. Latimer House was easy to find, with parking available on site and well located, communication ahead before arrival was helpful and responed quickly to a question I had. The room was bigger than expected, modern, clean and quiet, check in was simple with clear instructions for the digital locks. We will be returning in the future.

很好的酒店，在英國大區算不錯的。床大，空間大，衞浴設施好，有大電視，提供三瓶飲用水，價格是湖區住宿底價。光是這些已經超過大多數英國旅館。衞生方面除了窗臺有蜜蜂尸體外沒什么問題。入住是密碼鎖無前臺很便捷。

A lovely Easter weekend stay at Latimer House
We had a fantastic stay at Latimer House in Bowness. The location is ideal—just a short walk from the town centre, which made it easy to explore the area without needing the car. Our room was clean, comfortable, and felt like a real home away from home.
We visited over the Easter weekend and were delighted to find Easter-themed truffles waiting for us on arrival—a thoughtful and charming touch that made the stay feel extra special.
Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a cosy base in Bowness with great access to everything the Lakes has to offer.

Lovely stay and i would highly recommend it. Clean, quiet, and nice pillows. The only problem we had was when I booked I booked with parking knowing we would have a car. There is only 4 parking spaces so if you come in after 5 or maybe earlier you will be parking on the side streets (no parking in front) which wasn't the best for us as we are seniors and carrying luggage up and down hill can be challenging.
