Apparence trompeuse, l' h?tel para?t bien mais lorsqu'on y regarde de plus prêt il y a beaucoup d'amélioration à faire. Pas de porte dans la salle de bain avec toilettes, manque d' entretien des joints de carrelage. Le personnel reste toutefois accueillant.

Arrivée dans l’h?tel dans le noir aucun service de bagagerie
La vue de la chambre est magnifique par contre pas d’équipement (serviettes sales pas de chaussons pas de peignoir, couette fournie sans housse, pas de pommeau de douche et la chasse d eau cassée preuve à l’appui )
Hygiène à revoir !!!!
Pas de petit déjeuner ah si pardon il y a avait une barre de gateau marbré et un jus d’orange.
Le soir la chambre se transforme en bo?te de nuit les vitres tremblaient tellement le son était fort (l’h?tel est équipée d’un cabaret en dessous).
Vous pourrez dormir à partir de 4h du matin.
Quand on s’est plein du bruit de la bo?te de nuit la seule solution proposée par la réception était de nous sous classer sans dédommagement. Donc pour eux c’est complètement normal de payer une suite vue mer et de se retrouver avec une chambre vue sur la route pour le même prix.
Ah oui et les chambres puent le tabac.

Die Dusche war defekt und alles sehr unsauber, es mü?te dringend alles erneuert werden!
Das Frühstück war gut und auch ausreichend, wir h?tten uns aber lieber ein Buffet gewünscht!

I had a frustrating experience at the hotel. The staff at the reception pretended to speak English, but when I asked a question I got vague answers. For example, when I asked for tea, they said "Someone will bring it to your room", but it never came. There was no phone in my room and the air conditioning didn't work. The first room they gave me didn't have a TV and there was a problem with the tap. They gave me a room with a sea view, but it was too far from the entrance and I still had problems with the air conditioning and the phone. All these problems were only resolved the day before I checked out.
Also, my charger didn't fit into the socket and when I asked about it, I got the same vague answer with no follow up. I even left my phone at the reception to charge, but it never did, which was incredibly frustrating.
As for breakfast, you have to go to a restaurant or balcony area where a lady with an angry expression on her face takes care of you, but you are forced to eat whatever she brings to your table, there is no choice. Overall, my experience at this hotel was quite disappointing and not at all what I expected.

The room is spacious and comfortable but it did not have any slippers or toothpaste.

The hotel was wonderful and for the price paid for the good service and cleanliness.

Elevator doesn’t work, room they gave us had no phone, services advertised where non-existent. They charge you for drinks in the fridge in the room.
The room had water damage.
And when you ask for things like an extra pillow or towel they say they will send it down and then they don’t. The only good thing about this place was the ocean view and the restaurant.
