Liked the location of the hotel pretty central to Apia town.
Rooms were spacious and clean and shower water pressure was good.
Pool is a good size for families and groups to enjoy.
Happy hours were a treat and people come from out of hotel and enjoy it.
Some improvements could be made to the food menu.
On the day i had guests over for lunch there was no fish options available other than fish and chips.
There are plenty of waiters and waiteresses around but they werent keeping an eye on the tables.
The restaurant wasn't full but we still had to wait for drinks and food. Went to a table that had been cleared but not reset so i waited for 10 mins for someone to come over and take my order and dress my table.
Rooms closer to the road hear a lot of the traffic at night.

We loved the vibe of the resort. It's nice and quiet and for those who are looking for a relaxing stay. The room and facilities are really great! Staff are all so helpful and go out of their way to help with your needs. We originally booked for 2 bevause that was all that was available and they managed to fit us in another 2 days despite how full they were. We really appreciated the service and hospitality. Fa'afetai Lava.

Stayed at Lava for one night before our flight back to NZ. Staff were very helpful and responsive. Room was well kept and a bummer we didn’t get to enjoy the breakfast buffet as we had an early flight out. Ideal location right by Apia/town close to the markets and shops to do some last minute run arounds.
