Thank you for your feedback. As a budget hotel, our rooms are designed to be compact and provide basic comfort. For your information, each bed is normally provided with two pillows; however, we’re sorry if the pillow condition did not meet your expectations, and we will check with our housekeeping team to improve this. Regarding flooding, heavy rain in the surrounding area may occasionally cause water accumulation, which is beyond the hotel’s control.
