Fantastic view, great breakfast!
This was an amazing place. The terrace overlooking Marseille and the garden was beautiful. The breakfast on the terrace was fantastic. The owners were so nice. We highly recommend.

Although Le Clos du Jas served merely as a pit stop in France (we were returning to Lisbon from Marseille), we would definitely stay again if/when we return to this region.
Having stayed along the coast in Cassis and La Ciotat a few days prior, we enjoyed the inland drive of the National route which provided different views of the French countryside of Aubagne and Allauch.
What was most impressive (other than the property and amenities themselves) was the concise and clear communication from the host. Although only in French, Nicole provided details regarding directions, access and what to expect upon arrival. This was a wonderful learning experience as it mirrored a challenging scavenger hunt…with a quest to solve the hints to the entrance.
Once settled, we were able to relax and acclimate in a clean, well designed home that provided the French chateau-like feel we were hoping to encounter.
Securely gated, we felt safe and comfortable and would definitely stay again if/when we return to Marseille or anywhere in southern France.

Hébergement bien situé, au calme, très propre et avec un lit confortable. Le petit déjeuner le matin est très appréciable avec cadre sympathique. Les h?tes prennent le temps de venir vous voir et de vous conseiller pour les infos du coin. Bonne adresse

Mooie moderne kamer en terras met uitzicht over de
Super mooi verblijf. Kamer is modern ingericht met hele mooie douche en separaat toilet. Je krijgt ook toegang tot het terras, met weids uitzicht over de stad M****ille.
Het hotel is gelegen op een van de heuvels buiten de stad, wat het verblijf erg aangenaam maakt. Parkeren op eigen terrein, achter een hek, dus erg veilig.

C'est toujours un plaisir de résider au clos du jas. L'accueil, le service, la déco et la chambre, tout est parfait. Le petit déjeuner avec ses confitures maison, c'est un delice. Les h?tes sont au petit soin. Nos visites à Marseille ne seraient pas réussi sans séjourner chez eux.

We were in a brilliant 2 bedroom property, a lovely outside area with a great view of the city of Marcelles. We had a wonderful breakfast left for us to wake up to each morning.
