Appartenente situato vicino alla strada principale di lefkada. Abbastanza spazioso, luminoso e pulito. Pulizia della camera giornaliera.
Il proprietario sempre molto disponibile e accorto. Abbiamo avuto degli ottimi suggerimenti riguardo dove mangiare e dove andare durante il soggiorno.

Abbiamo soggiornato due settimane in questo residence che si trova in una traversa della strada pedonale Mela proprio nel cuore della bella cittadina di Lefkada, il centro di gran lunga più grande e vivace dell'isola. Ci sono negozi e ristoranti di tutti i tipi e vicino anche ampi parcheggi. Il residence è una piccola palazzina a due piani, con 3/4 stanze per gli ospiti e nonostante la posizione centrale è molto tranquillo. Gli interni sono ristrutturati a nuovo, gli spazi giusti anche se il nostro angolo cucina era un pò piccolo con un lavandino e un fornellino elettrico. Il bagno è cieco ma non ci sono cattivi odori. L'armadio dove mettere i vestiti è capiente. ll balconcino da su una via secondaria ed è utilissimo per stendere i panni a asciugare anche se bisogna fare attenzione ai piccioni. La stanza viene pulita tutti i giorni. In sintesi tutto ha funzionato e ci siamo trovati benissimo. Ringrazio la proprietaria Antonia una persona gentilissima e affabile. Spero di tornarci.

A warm welcome for us in the loft of Lefkada Princess by Dimitris. The loft is at the second floor, well furnished and daily cleaned. The hotel is situated in the historical center of Lefkada near the harbour, which is very nice. Nadia is a good host! Mind that during the night there can be loud music nearby from the bars in the neighbourhood

Beautiful little apartment in the heart that of the city. All the shops/restaurants are at walking distance. Apartment is well equipped with a good shower and a simple but efficient kitchenette. Communication with the host was fluent and fast. Great welcoming of Nectarios that gave us a map of the island and showed us the main places to see. Only issue is the bar next door that plays music until 3am most nights. No drunk people just music until pretty late.

Abbiamo soggiornato qui per due anni consecutivi. Ottoma soluzione al centro di Lefkada Town. Ottima la struttura ed eccezionale la disponibilità di Nektarios.

La cosa più speciale della struttura è il signor Nektarios che ci ha accolto nella sua struttura facendo di tutto per risolvere qualsiasi nostra esigenza . Ci ha assistito con i bagagli ed è stato sempre presente per tutta la vacanza . Veramente una brava persona che rongrazio . L'albergo è centralissimo e di nuova fattura . Farei qualcosina per l'insonorizzazione della stanza da letto principale poichè essendo centralissimo arriva la musica dei locali e chiuderei con un panbello la parte del loft inaccessibili dietro al frigorifero(ma sono solo miei suggerimenti )

What a lovely property, great location easy walking distance to everything you need and Nadia and the family are so welcoming and friendly nothing was too difficult for them really enjoyed my visit.

Where to begin. From the second we arrived in Lefkada, Nektario and his wife Nadia were there to greet us. They are two of the most wholesome, genuine and lovely people you will ever meet! They offered to pick us up from the port and even dropped us off at the end of our stay. They highlighted everything worth doing and we’re always there for us no matter what question we had. The hotel is super nice and has everything you could need for your stay. The location is just perfect with numerous dining, shopping, coffee locations just steps from your door. There are also two large municipal parking lots around 5 mins away by foot for those who want to rent a car. Parking there was never an issue for us. Me and my wife had an amazing time and Nektario and Nadia made us feel like family. I cannot recommend their place enough. Do yourselves a favor and stay there if you’re thinking about visiting Lefkada.

Was für ein liebevoll eingerichtetes und supersü?es Apartment mitten im Herzen von Lefkas town. Ich bin regelm??iger Gast bei Nektario, Nadja, Anthula und Dimitri in der Villa Olga in Lygia. Als ich im Februar spontan mal die Insel besuchen wollte, haben sie mir sofort dieses sü?e und sehr zentral gelegene Apartment angeboten und ich war so froh dort zu wohnen. Besser kann man es nicht haben. Wundersch?n ausgestattet, ganz wie ich es aus der Villa Olga gewohnt bin. Die Lage ist perfekt. Man f?llt raus aus der kleinen Gasse, die sehr ruhig ist, und direkt in den n?chsten Coffeeshop auf der Haupt-Einkaufsstra?e von Lefkas town. Ich liebe das Apartment, genauso wie ich diese Insel liebe. Vielen lieben Dank an Nektario und Nadja, die es mir an nichts fehlen lie?en. Ich komme gern wieder, auch gern im Winter ??
