OK, but heating didnt work and staff had to give us porable radiators.. which were not enough to heat both bedrooms.

Room was very clean and entire hotel was well cared for. Staff was incredibly courteous and the location was perfect - close to town for an easy walk, but far enough away to be a calm oasis

This hotel has conspired with the ski training center. I had arranged for a session, extended and decided to cancel. Both the hotel and ski instructor acknowledged. Later at the exit, the hotel charged me 87 Euros for a cancellation that I wasn’t informed at all. No one told me there’s a charge
.
The hotel and instructor insisted that I pay. The hotel didn’t even try to help me at all.
This leaves an extremely distasteful experience.
There’s lack of snow in the area, lousy check in and out service. After the above encounter, I’m very sure that the hotel would not support its guests.
We need to throw the rubbish on our own.

Esse hotel é sensacional, a vista das montanhas a partir da sacada do quarto é impressionante. O apartamento é muito grande e confortável, tem uma sala ampla com sacada, cozinha muito bem equipada, muitos armários para guardar pertences pessoais, a funcionária da recep??o muito gentil, foi uma experiencia incrível neste hotel, uma pena eu ter ficado apenas uma noite.

阳台风景很好 服务不错 但是房子有点旧 床中间凹陷 客厅的沙发看着好土气 厨房可以用 但洗碗机是臭的 总体上住着是舒适宽敞的 霞慕尼超市有卖饺子 不错～

It is a hotel you will remember all your life
The view from the balcony is magnificent. It is like you watch a movie. "Matterhorn" from the VIP seats.

这次在霞慕尼住的酒店超级满意，阳台上就可以近距离看雪山，南针峯，勃朗峯，晚上还看到了日照金山，酒店前面有一大片草坪，説是冬天就可以滑雪直接进酒店，也是降落伞的降落地点，离缆车点慢慢走路大概15分钟，到去冰川的小火车站大概10分钟，属于闹中取静的酒店，还有免费的停车，在底下，按房间号分配，先去前台checkin，拿一张车库卡，刷卡就可以进车库，出来是自动开门的，非常推荐。稍微有点不便利的地方就是没有人打扫衞生，不知道是不是这的酒店都是这样的

住6晚，中间只有一次打扫衞生，好的地方是两室算大一点的，风景不错，开门即见雪山
