Excellent location, service, very special decor. We especially appreciated the attention and information that concierge “Nils” offered us. He pointed us in the direction of an excellent restaurant for dinner (Chien Fou) and made a reservation for us. He made us feel very welcome to this exquisite hotel, spoiled even! Special mention must be made of the bathroom, especially the shower. Very excellent decor and functionality. Kudos to the interior designers.

Really liked the upscale feel of this hotel. Room was nice and bed very comfortable. Bathroom well appointed. Staff friendly. Nice breakfast. Parking is in an underground lot across the street. Easy walk to an extensive old town. Would have given 5 stars but our room was too warm. Staff set it cooler on our individual thermostat but it never cooled down. Not sure if it was broken or we just didn’t have it figured out

The hotel has a pleasant atmosphere, with very friendly staff and a good breakfast. Its location is ideal. However, the rooms feature artificial wooden panels and faux marble, which give off a somewhat cheap vibe. Additionally, it’s odd that there is no handwashing sink in the WC.

A delightful hotel with calm and comfortable decor in beautiful colours and a very pretty courtyard. We very much enjoyed our stay. A slight misunderstand regarding breakfast, but the friendly and professional staff sorted it! Can thoroughly recommend this hotel.

Les Trésorières hotel was fabulous. So beautiful. So quiet. The room was exquisite. The staff was attentive and took great care to make sure we enjoyed our stay. Wow. I wish I could have stayed here longer. The room was very large and looked brand new.

We had a beautiful and spacious room that was superbly furnished and very comfortable. The staff is top notch, extremely friendly and eager to please. Highly recommend. This is your best hotel option in Tours. Also right next to Vieux Tours, Place Plumerau and Les Halles.

Pas grand chose à signaler. L’accueil chaleureux, un batiment fabuleux, des chambres et salles de bains parfaites dans leur fonctionnalité. Petit déjeuners nickels. Bref 24h de rêve. Juste penser à tout de suite payer parcmètre sur la charmante place très calme qui se trouve devant l’h?tel. Le temps de décharger et monter dans la chambre, ticket sur pare-brise. Il y a un parking sous terrain juste à c?té. Vaut le détour.

Flexible de douche fuyard, VMC bruyante, tache sur la serviette, ceci pour une chambre "prestige"...Impossible d'avoir un "responsable" un samedi matin Bel établissement, personnel aimable au demeurant. Comme signalé dans d'autres commentaires: un bon 4 étoiles oui, un 5 étoiles, non

We stayed here for 3 nights in June. I believe we were in room 25 which was just the most comfortable and loveliest of rooms. Our extremely comfortable bed was in a very spacious room. The bathroom was superb with its deep huge bathtub and separate walk in shower with a rain showerhead. The staff was wonderful, especially the tall man who was there during most days. Breakfast was wonderful and varied.

The staff were very polite and helpful. Ask them about the street with the restaurants, this was great advice and lots of options. The room was so spacious, the shower was the best ever. The bed was super comfy. Just what we needed at the end of a long French road trip. There’s a pool too. Delicious buffet breakfast, lady very polite. Parking is opposite hotel in Indigo Parking, and isn’t too expensive.
