Séjour très agréable.
Séjour extrêmement agréable, avec service ??à la carte??. Merci en particulier à Omar , qui a été ??à nos petits soins?? pendant les 4 jours que nous avons passés à Ouerzazate .

Wonderful hotel, fabulous service, full of charm and character, very clean, super comfortable, delicious food. Had a great one night stay here and everything from checkin to the wonderfully spacious and decorated rooms, top notch service and tasty meals made this a highlight and most memorable hotel in Morocco. Omar was an incredible host and took wonderful care of every detail. Seems like a passion project with all the details thoughtfully put in place. I saw some reviews where people commented on the person watching over and I saw him too, but reminded me of a director watching over a set in caring way. I will say I did not get the TV to work but didn't ask so suspect it was something I did wrong. Was some noise from the street with people walking by.

This hotel was well located...and had everything we needed. The room was generous in size...and the service and food was great! When we arrived in the very early morning, we were greeted by the friendliest staff/manager you could possibly imagine. He was a complete one man show...as he greeted us...showed us to our room...and even was there in the morning to serve us breakfast. The only small issue we encountered was that even though it was over 100 degrees every day...for some reason the outdoor pool was too cold to get into. But, come on...this guy can't be responsible for maintaining the pool temperature in addition to all of his other many duties...lol. Wouldn't stay anywhere else!!

Par ou commencer: Un accueil chaleureux dans un cadre magnifique et au calme les h?tes aux petits soins, attentionnés. La chambre Cléopatre et d'une beauté et spacieuse avec son balcon. Le petit déjeuner copieux servi en chambre à notre convenance et tout est fait avec des produits frais (jus d'orange, salade de fruits, etc....) La propreté est irréprochable. Le diner est excellent avec des produits locaux. L'extérieur avec sa piscine est un endroit reposant accompagné par le chant des oiseaux. Il très proche de l'aéroport et du centre ville. Un grand merci à Aziz et Omar pour leur accueil et leur disponibilité, ils vous conseilleront pour vos visites, les réservations, le taxi et le guide. Cette maison d'h?te et un bien être, on si sent comme chez nous. On gardera un super souvenir de notre séjour car nous avons été vraiment gatés mais on en dira pas plus... On vous le recommande On ne comprend pas les critiques de certains voyageurs concernant votre établissement. Madame Cléopatre et Monsieur César.

Hotel is kitschy but fun! They did a great job and we loved our stay. The staff, especially the manager were awesome and try so hard to please.
Only weak point was dinner Overpriced and underwhelming.
