It was well-situated - not far from several museums & other well-known hotspots like the Ponte Vecchio. The room was clean & just the right size for me & I loved the bathroom !

The room I stayed in was perfect for one person. It was small, but had everything I needed. The room was clean, the best was comfortable, the A/C worked great, the bathroom was big for Europe and clean.
Pros: Walking distance was 10 min to the train station and centrally located in Florence
Cons: You have to walk up one flight of steps with your luggage, but then there is an elevator to the 3rd floor
The communication was fantastic with the hotel and the check in and out process was simple.

Air con not working for two night and no fan inside the room, the hair dryer is missing at the first day

The air-conditioning doesn't work
The air-conditioning doesn't work properly, the room is too big, and its vane is broken and ends up blocking the wind that comes out of it. When I informed the person in charge of the problem she just said "it should be working" and didn't give a plausible solution such as changing the room or going to see the problem, quite the opposite, she just kept making excuses, implying that the problem was me. I've been travelling for over a month and this is the only place I've had problems.

This B&B is well maintained. The owner made it easy to access the property and room, even though no one was on site when we arrived.
We were very pleased with the cleanness of the room, and the quality of amenities. Clean towels, soap/shampoo, fan, kettle, AC… all of them in good working order.
Overall, a great stay for the price!

It felt too impersonal to me because all communication was done through messages. The check-out time is too early. If you’re traveling with large suitcases, it’s really inconvenient, as the elevator is very small and only starts from the second floor.
On the bright side, the place was clean and in an excellent location.

Very nice and clean room! The location is convenient and easy to access. The view from our balcony was awesome also.

I stayed in the Leonardo room, it was great, had a balcony which was nice to sit on and the room was spacious and nice, shower was tiny tho and I’m only 6ft 185lbs so not massive by any means but had a hard time moving in it.
Staff is friendly, quick to respond via WhatsApp and kind people. Only gripe is the room I had I could hear everything from the people above me, it was loud sometimes which ****** but I really only slept in the room. Area is great and close to everything.
No breakfast or anything included, no front desk people to talk to so it’s almost like an Airbnb but I liked that. I really enjoyed my stay here and would recommend

До приезда нужно связаться с отелем, чтобы рассказали как попасть в номер. Мы этого не сделали заранее и связывались с отелем уже на месте. Очень быстро ответили и все объяснили.
Хорошее расположение, чисто. Из минусов: маленькая кровать для двоих
