Sue and Alec were both lovely, as was breakfast…. Yum!! We had a problem while we were there and it was resolved straight away. Would definitely stay again.

We stayed here for two nights,it was lovely. Perfect location, the hosts are welcoming and friendly, room was nice,very clean and comfy. Great value for money and a fab breakfast to set you up for the day ! We hope to visit next year .

Weymouth B and B
Lovely location room was bright and clean, wonderful breakfast parking outside if you are lucky and most of all the hosts were accomodating and friendly.

Just returned from a few days at this beautiful hidden gem on the seafront. Both Alec and Sue were warm and friendly The room was modern and most comfortable. Breakfast was excellent The hosts could not do anymore to make us enjoy a much needed break Would definitely recommend and we will return Mandy and Gill

Alec and Sue are a lovely couple. They maintain a very clean establishment and the sea view from the room is breathtaking. If you are planning a trip to Weymouth, try Lichfield House.

Located on the waterfront in Weymouth. Alex and Suzanne are great hosts and treat guests like family. Excellent stay.

This B&B is perfect for a quiet seaside stay. It's situated on an access road, so there's no through traffic. It's about a 15-minute walk along the seafront from the town centre - the perfect distance to avoid the crowds and noise, but close enough to be able to walk to the shops and harbour. We had a sea facing room and had a lovely view over the beach and out to sea. The whole place was immaculately clean - we were really impressed with the attention and effort that had been put into this. Our bed was lovely and comfortable, and there were comfy chairs in the bay window to sit and look over the seafront. It had a classic B&B feel. Our host was nice, and we enjoyed the cooked breakfast. We managed to park right outside, but in peak season this may not be possible. A lovely place, and I'd happily stay there again. Top marks!

Stayed here last weekend for two nights. Hosts were amazing. Room was large and extremely clean and warm. En-suite was spotless as rest of room and everywhere, dinning room etc. bed very comfy slept like a log. Breakfast was very good, with a good choice. Great view of sea from room. Already booked for another weekend.

Writing this review for my Grandparents (Barry & Marie Dixon). A couple of weeks ago we stayed at this guest house for our 60th wedding anniversary. Alec and Sue, we’re absolutely brilliant in the kindness that they should us for the duration of our stay and before. Everything was 10/10 and couldn’t have been better - a big thank you to both Alec and Sue for allowing us to have a superb stay.

My daughter and I stayed in this lovely little b&b for 3 nights. Alec and Sue made us feel very welcome. We had room 2 which was at the back of the hotel. It’s was quite small but perfectly adequate and very clean. We pre ordered our breakfast. There is a choice of cereals and yoghurt. Sue brought out our coffee, toast and then our full English (we chose poached eggs which Alec cooked perfectly!)Breakfast is served in the lounge with the other guests. Alec and Sue are very knowledgable about the area and were always happy to chat with the guests at breakfast. We were given a front door key as well as our room key so we could come and go as we pleased. There are parking spaces in the road but you cannot guarantee that you will get one. We dropped our bags off and parked our car about 9mins walk away in a pre booked spot using the Your Parking Space App. This worked out a lot cheaper than parking at the recommended parking at the station or Lodmor park. We would definitely recommend this lovely little old fashioned B&B. Friendly and so convenient for the beach. I am sure we will return at some point.
