Hotel 5 stelle lusso situato in prossimità del centro storico di Riva del Garda, facente parte del programma "the leading Hotel of the world" da alcuni anni. Per questo tipo di recensione, analizzerò i vari servizi della struttura. Arrivo: Momento estremamente cordiale, il personale si è adoperato per scaricare i bagagli e parcheggiare l'auto nel loro atrio videosorvegliato. Durante le operazioni di check in, ci è stato offerto una bevanda rinfrescante e salutare. Successivamente, l'addetto del front office ci ha fatto fare un tour della struttura (molto bella e pulita) per farci prendere confidenza con gli spazi comuni. Camera: Pur avendo prenotato una camera standard vista parco, la direzione ci ha omaggiati di una sistemazione vista laterale (molto bella) sul Lago di Garda. La camera era ben posizionata e squadrata, personalmente ho apprezzato il gioco di mettere il bagno dietro il letto, così da dare maggiore profondità agli ambienti. Come Leaders club, ho ricevuto il classico regalo da parte delle struttura (apprezzato). Ahimè, il bagno è apparso scarno nelle dotazioni, infatti, in questo tipo di struttura, generalmente, si fa già trovare all'ospite un kit per lavare i denti, un pettine, un rasoio ecc. Qui, invece, tutto questo andava richiesto. Ottimo il set di cortesia dell'acqua minerale, dei the e dei caffè, anche se ho trovato strano avere una macchinetta del caffè espresso e ricevere in dotazioni delle tazze per il the. Generalmente, se si offre agli ospiti sia del the che del caffè, si dovrebbero far trovare le tazzine per l'una e per l'altra bevanda. Ho portato questo mio appunto al vice direttore Daniele (più avanti capirete perché ho dovuto interloquire con lui), il quale mi ha risposto che avendo la struttura una clientela prettamente straniera, questa preferisce prendere un caffè lungo o all'americana. Benissimo, ma, allora, una struttura di questo livello dovrebbe offrire a questo tipo di clientela un boiler per il caffè americano e non una macchinetta per il caffè espresso italiano, no? Riassetto serale della camera: in verità, questa voce, in una strutta di tale livello non dovrebbe neanche essere menzionata, in quanto, gli hotel 5 stelle, sono tenuti, a norma di legge, al riassetto serale delle camere per prepararle al riposo dei proprio ospiti. Ecco che, purtroppo, rientrato la prima sera da una cene nel centro cittadino, non ho trovato la camera fatta. Chiamo la reception che mi risponde di non sapere nulla, dicendomi che forse la governante aveva dimentico di rilarla. Bene, nessuna scusa e nessuna amenity per il disappunto. Dopo le mie proteste, mi viene fatto parlare con il Sig. Daniele che con fare garbato ed istituzionionale mi dice, appunto, che la governare si era dimenticata di riassettare la mia camera. Peccato che non mi abbia fatto recapitare nessuna lettera di scuse, figurarsi un riguardo. We were in Riva del Garda for a wedding. The Lido’s location speaks for itself. There was a sailing championship going on while we were there and the views of all the action from our room and the grounds were a treat. Staff uniformly went out of their way - parking, front desk, restaurant and housekeeping to make us welcome. Only niggle was construction going on across the street which woke my wife at 7 am one morning.

Lunch at Lido Palace was the perfect way to pass the time while it was raining heavily outside for most of the day. The food was delicious, so fresh and tasty, and beautifully presented which made it a feast for the eyes as well as the taste buds. It was my husband's birthday and I wanted to pamper him a little. We were very well taken care of with each of the staff very friendly and professional which made us feel very welcome. We will return! Thank you.

I loved and highly recommend staying at the Lido Palace! I do quite a bit of research on hotels when I solo travel, and Lido Palace stood out as the one with the least negatives and most positives. It is pricey, but their service and accomodation lives up to the standard you would expect for the price. I had the lowest tier of room, and had plenty of space for one or two comfortably. There is some construction going on nextdoor, but the view was still spectacular. I ate at the restaurant both mornings for breakfast and one evening for dinner, and the food was excellent. I don't think you need the most luxurious stay to enjoy this beautiful town, but staying at the Lido Palace made it all the more serene. I wish I had stayed another day, and I definitely want to return!

Come sempre Lido Palace non delude mai. è una certezza che tutti gli anni ci stupisce per la sua perfezione in continua evoluzione e ulteriore miglioramento (se possibile). Location da sogno, disponibilità e gentilezza dello staff ineguagliabile. Domenico, Diego, Silvia sempre attenti alle nostre esigenze con eleganza, garbo e simpatia e Marco con le sua voce e le sue canzoni rende ancora più speciale quello che di fatto è un sogno ad occhi aperti. We recently stayed at Lido Palace in Riva del Garda and had a mixed experience. While the hotel’s interior is beautiful and the service (from some staff) commendable, there were serious issues that significantly affected the quality of our stay — particularly due to noise and poor room layout. Noise Disturbances – A Major Problem Our stay coincided with an outdoor music event in the Parco della Miralago, adjacent to the hotel. On 1st August, loud reggae and dub music blasted from 3pm until 2am, featuring acts like Wicked and Bonny, Dreadlionfirestarter, and Blue Zone (DJ Set). This happened two nights in a row, the second featuring techno music. The bass was so loud it ruined the atmosphere at the pool and made it impossible to sleep in the room. We were in Room 101, facing the park, which bore the full brunt of the noise. When we complained to the front desk (Niccolò) at 10:30pm, we were told the event was permitted and nothing could be done. He did come to the room and acknowledged the noise — but there was no prior communication from the hotel about this event. If we had known, we certainly would not have booked at €600 per night. Thankfully, Claudia at reception was much more helpful the next morning and arranged for us to move to Room 110, a deluxe terrace room on the opposite side. Unfortunately, while it was quieter, it overlooked ongoing construction at the Congress Centre. Noise began as early as 7am, and on one morning, we were also woken by grass cutting at 7:45am. At night, late-night voices from the public park were clearly audible even at 3am. In short, noise is a serious issue, whether your room faces the park (east) or the Congress Centre (west). South-facing rooms toward the lake may be quieter, but even then, very tall trees can obstruct the view. Always check for local events before booking. ? Room Impressions Room 101 – Deluxe Garden View A disappointing stay. Despite being 45 sq. metres, the layout is poorly designed: ? The shower is fully glassed and awkwardly placed near the entrance. ? A huge amount of space is taken by the bathroom and bathtub, leaving the bed area cramped. ? The wardrobe and safe are inconveniently placed at the far end of the room. ? No dressing mirror near the bed. ? Towels were stored in the toilet, not near the shower. ? The terrace is small and uninviting, especially in bad weather. Overall, we do not recommend Room 101 or any of the “Deluxe Garden” or “Design Garden” rooms. Room 110 – Deluxe Terrace with Whirlpool A much better layout: ? Smaller overall, but more user-friendly. ? Bed faces the large windows, with mountain and side lake views. ? Bathroom layout is more compact and practical. ? The shared terrace offers lovely views, but also includes a direct view of the Congress construction site. ? Sun reaches the terrace only after 1:30pm, and due to frosted glass dividers, there is no forward view when seated. ? Pool, Spa & Common Areas ? Outdoor pool area gets sun in t

Sono stato recentemente nella spa 5 stelle dell'Hotel lido Palace di Riva del Garda e devo dire che è stata un'esperienza splendida. La spa era lussuosa e ben attrezzata, con una varietà di trattamenti disponibili per soddisfare ogni esigenza. La pulizia impeccabile. La spa era dotata di una piscina interna riscaldata, una sauna e un bagno turco. Le strutture erano pulite e ben mantenute, e il personale era sempre disponibile a offrire assistenza. Il servizio era impeccabile, con un personale cordiale e professionale che si è occupato di ogni dettaglio. La prenotazione è stata facile e veloce, e il trattamento è stato eseguito puntualmente. In sintesi, la spa 5 stelle dell'Hotel Lido Palace un luogo di relax e benessere di alta qualità. Il trattamento, le strutture e il servizio sono tutti di altissimo livello, e consiglio vivamente di visitarla se si cerca un'esperienza di spa di lusso.
