I had such a wonderful stay from start to finish. Every member of the team I encountered was warm, attentive and genuinely kind, from reception, to the restaurant team, the spa and housekeeping. I really appreciated all the thoughtful details in the room; as someone who notices everything and has a perfectionist streak, small touches like the cable ties on my chargers genuinely made me smile. The room was impeccably clean and beautifully prepared, and the view from my terrace was sublime, at times it felt like I was somewhere far more exotic. It was peaceful, restorative and exactly what I needed.

Au?ergew?hnliches Luxushotel mit atemberaubendem Blick über das Meer und einer traumhaften Ausstattung. Zwei wundersch?ne, sehenswerte Pools und ein gro?zügiges, elegantes Spa machen den Aufenthalt zu einem echten Erlebnis. Das Empfangsteam ist ?u?erst freundlich und professionell – man fühlt sich von der ersten Minute an willkommen. Einziger Wermutstropfen: das Hotelrestaurant Vista. Im Vergleich zum au?ergew?hnlichen Niveau des Hauses ist das Essen leider nur durchschnittlich, und auch der Service konnte mit dem hohen Anspruch des Hotels nicht ganz mithalten. Fazit: ein fantastisches, absolut empfehlenswertes Luxushotel – nur fürs Abendessen sollte man lieber auf eines der vielen guten Restaurants in der Umgebung ausweichen.

Un séjour de quatre nuits avec deux chambres communicantes pour quatre adultes et deux petites filles en bas age. Dès l'arrivée, l'accueil fut à la hauteur avec un personnel très professionnel. Les chambres avec vue sur une belle piscine extérieure chauffée, de très belles terrasses. Un restaurant de très grande qualité avec vue imprenable sur mer. De magnifiques jardins très bien entretenus. De délicieux petits déjeuners servis avec délicatesse et gentillesse. Un directeur d'établissement très concerné par le bien être de ses clients. Des installations sportives à la hauteur, un spa superbe, des activités très bien organisées, etc. Une équipe souriante et disponible toujours prête à vous rendre service. Nous avons adoré notre séjour et reviendrons avec plaisir profiter de ce lieu magique. A vous d'en profiter !

圣托佩的度假酒店，非常的温馨，早餐晚餐都在酒店吃，很好吃??风景也漂亮，真的是度假的奢华体验

半夜旁边唱歌嗨个不停投诉了一小时酒店很久也没采取措施，接电话的服务员一个态度很好，一个很差语气很凶説我们经理在解决了就挂了还在我们要求下才换房而且换了一间更差的房，我也没説什么..解决就好了第二天酒店也没给任何道歉，补偿或者礼物.. 一直都住顶奢的酒店，第一次遇到这种服务的，当然酒店不给，我们也不会要，总之最后接电话态度好的服务员帮我们搬行李换房的，所以我依旧给了消费…. 视频是凌晨1点我房间的声音，对焦虑患者真的无法忍受…环境满分，店经理的服务差强人意了，其他服务员还是很棒的…这个三分是给店经理的，一点点表示都没有，连写一个抱歉的贺卡放我们房间也没有

Ce restaurant est un petit paradis, le lieu est sublime, le service plus que parfait, le personnel est en nombre et très professionnel, on est chouchoutés tout au long du repas, quel bonheur. Le repas est excellent et les prix très corrects. Bravo à la direction de si bien s’entourer et la déco j’adore.

We stayed at Lily as part of our honeymoon to Provence and the Riviera. We felt absolutely pampered and hope we can come back to this special part of the world very soon. There is nothing that the staff have not thought of to make your stay as luxurious as possible. We took one of the included fitness classes which I cannot recommend enough. It’s easy to visit the Pepe beach club with their shuttles back and forth. There are two heated pools and the spa facilities feel world-class, we wish we would have been able to stay for longer than 4 days especially as the weather was getting better towards the end of our visit. The facility is beautiful, with hanging vines and honeysuckles creating a serene environment. We were able to drive to St Tropez for the evening a few nights, it’s about a 20 minute drive. La Croix Valmer feels peaceful and isolated but just close enough to the action in case you want to experience some of that while you are in the area.

In a few words….FANTASTIC hotel! I’m totally in love with this place. They understand how to run a hotel at it’s best. I’ve been around but this hotel is in my top 3 next to the Rosewood and the Four seasons hotels. But this hotels gives you so much energy. Absolutely worth going to this magnificent place.
