very nice view outsides the window. beautiful hotel, kind service

Lime is a good time. The front desk staff is ok. The staff that really shines is on the rooftop pool. There is a waiter, whose name i regretfully can not remember, but he was the NICEST and most attentive waiter I've ever had. He said he's only been there a few months but you'd think he'd been there for years. Amazing service. The pool is amazing with beautiful views at sunset. Beautiful views all day actually. From 3-7 is happy hour and free popcorn and ice cream every day. I loved that. The pizza is delicious from Bella Vita. The beds are comfortable and the showers get hot and don't smell. Breakfast is pretty good, although I'm not a fan of the chemical tasting juices. I did have a problem with my door, front desk said they'd send someone, no one ever came. So I had to throw my body into the door to get it to close. The TV Netflix and any other service didn't work not once. The TV has very few channels but at least i could understand them. They were able to arrange my van back to PP and retrieved my bags when it was time to check out.

Upon checking in at the reception, the attendant told us that they overlooked out 2nd hotel room booking due to system glitch and busy holiday season which is very understandable. Fortunately, we have booking reference and email confirmation as supporting document. The manager came in and assisted us and negotiated with us to settle the matter and the manager is so thoughtful and considerate to my family we have one Senior citizen and one child. She managed very well and sorted the issue in that very moment. Kudos to the night shift team from 9pm onwards.

The location is near the sea but there's no beach, the sanitation is terrible, and the whole house is infested with flies.

It was a pleasant stay in this hotel. Breakfast delicious with lot of choices. They organize tours around. Easy to find a driver at the hotel. Emploees very kind and prepare to help. Big pool on the terasse with a wonderful view. Everything was just fine.

The hotel is newly built but unfortunately not well-maintained. The rooms and facilities appear overused, possibly due to the high turnover of guests. Management should pay closer attention to maintenance because the location and the view from the hotel are truly stunning. The breakfast area and selection could be improved, and the hallways have a noticeable fishy smell that needs to be addressed. On a positive note, the staff are amazing — very friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. With better upkeep, this hotel could easily live up to its beautiful setting.
