Clean room, friendly staff and great location. The room had all the basics and was clean and comfortable. Check-in was simple as was access so no complaints here. We will see you again when we return to Limerick in a weeks time ??

The rooms are large and the hotel is well located, easy parking, however for a fee. Nice facilities with pool and fitness facilities. Breakfast was great. We tried to arrange early breakfast on departure and this was accepted with some limitations. However, at the day of departure there was an unwillingness from the staff to provide it even though we have paid. An alternative solution with food box or similar would have been a great and convenient solution instead.

Staff very friendly and professional, the breakfast was good, the hotel was clean and welcoming, situated on the banks of the river Shannon and easy access to the city centre.

I recently stayed at the Limerick Strand Hotel and had a fantastic experience from the moment I arrived. Sophie at check-in was absolutely amazing, warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. She set a great tone for the stay. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped, with a lovely view over the city. The leisure facilities were a real bonus. The location is perfect too, just a short walk to the city centre. Overall, a brilliant stay made even better by Sophie’s friendly service. I’ll definitely be returning!

The room was comfortable with a beautiful view of the river. But the balcony was so odd. All of the balconies are enclosed, encased in glass. Totally claustrophobic. When you step out of the room onto the beautifully furnished balcony, it is hot, noisy (like an echo chamber) everyone can hear everyone else’s conversations. And what’s worse, you can see your neighbors, they are right there! The service wasn’t great. Just okay. It took about 30 minutes for us to have some teabags delivered and our room wasn’t cleaned in a timely manner (or well). The front desk staff was not welcoming or very helpful at all. In fact they were kind of smug. All that being said, I would definitely stay there again. Parking was easy, the fish and chips in the restaurant were really good, it has a great view and the location was perfect.

Hotel pulito, posizione comoda con parcheggio in strada, letti comodi, vista sul centro città, piscina carina (non avevamo le cuffie ci sono state fornite alla reception della piscina). Prodotti da bagno di ritualis ottimi.
