Очень гостеприимные хозяева, заселили уже в 10 утра. Отличный вид из окна, был балкон. Была холодная погода, поэтому в комнате было не прохладно и влажно, частично спасал обогрев от кондиционера. Нет телевизора, но он и не очень нужен. Относительно недалеко разные достопримечательности, 5-30 минут на мотобайке.

Vi endte opp med ? bli en dag ekstra og tok en dagstur til Cuc Phuong nasjonalpark. Familiedrevet homestay med super verdi for pengene, flotte rom, nydelig frokost og bassenget p? taket var luksus etter turer p? dagen. Innehaveren Dzung og familien var helt fantastiske, vi kan anbefale p? det sterkeste.
Perfect place for my vacation
I stayed with Dzung and his family for 4 night and I loved it. I felt so very welcome, breakfast was amazing, free use of a bike to go exploring by myself. A nice pool to take a plunge in after getting back from a day outside visiting the sights. I cannot recommend the beautiful place and people enough. Also, I really liked the location that was a bit away from the huzzle of Tam Coc area, while it still had good restaurants, and a good spa in the area. Thank you for a great vacation ??

We loved our stay at Limestone. Dzung and Dep were unbelievably friendly and helpful. I left my phone in the Grab, and Dzung was instrumental in getting it back to me within an hour. He and Dep made us a wonderful breakfast and helped us plan our day. Dep did my laundry and had it waiting when we returned from our day of activities. The rooms were AMAZING!! Absolutely huge! And the views from the balconies (we had 2 rooms) were beautiful. I only wish we had stayed longer! Our train ride to Da Nang wasn't until 10pm and because there were no guests using the room that night, he told us to keep it and we could shower and change before our overnight train. Way over and above anything expected. Truly kind people! Book it and stay a few nights. You will be glad you did.
Oh my goodness, this place is absolutely incredible! The host and his lovely family at Limestone View Homestay are absolutely top-notch. They go above and beyond to make sure your stay with them is absolutely unforgettable. They communicate so well, and the property is simply fantastic. The host is incredibly knowledgeable and gave us the best insights into the area. He recommended so many amazing restaurants, tourist attractions, and even gave us a glimpse into the local way of life in Ninh Binh. It was an absolute delight!
On February 28, 2025, we spent 2 nights with 6 family members at Limestone View Homestay and were welcomed with open arms by host Dzung and his wife. The assigned very spacious rooms were super clean with a great view. The location of this location is ideal for trips to nearby sights and/or attractions. The freshly served breakfast was exceptionally well taken care of and delicious. During our tour in the north and center of Vietnam, Dzung was by far the most enthusiastic and pleasant host we have met. Nothing was too much trouble, he arranged all the transportation we needed to Trang An, Tam Coc and Cuc Phuong Nat. Park immediately, and at a very competitive rate. This also applied to a transfer to Phong Nha. We can recommend this host and his family to everyone without any reservation and if we were to return to this region, we will undoubtedly use this fantastic Homestay again. Family Prij, Netherlands
Cannot say enough good things about the owners, location, and lovely rooms. And my goodness the views! Absolutely spectacular from the big hotel windows. The host and his family are the nicest people you will meet in any country. They even gave us money when we arrived late and had not eaten/exchanged money yet so we could grab something at a local restaurant. They also arranged transportation from Hanoi airport which was super easy. Wifi is super fast between 60-80 mbps and great for remote work. Breakfast includes all the orange juice, fresh fruit, pancakes, eggs, tea and coffee we could eat. They go down early every morning and get the items from the local market. The free bikes worked great and made it super easy to see the beautiful countryside and get to the local boat dock. The rooms are huge, the linens were nice quality, the bed very comfortable, the ac works great and it has a heat setting which is nice this time of year. It also has a 'dry' setting which dehumidified the room which made sure they were fresh smelling which is really rare here. The host was so accommodating for our late remote working schedule and provided extra bowls and utensils in our room so we could make meals. The whole place was spotlessly clean and we noticed the owners constantly making sure everythign was wiped, dusted and clean. Really was perfect homestay and you can't beat the price.
This place is clean, quiet and comfortable and is perfectly located away from buzzy touristy Tam Coc. You can walk to restaurants and it's a short bike or car ride to the sights, especially Trang An Landscape Complex and Hang Mua/Dragon Mountain. Just stay there and ask them best way to access these confusing nearby places. Dzung and his wife are charmers.
