Cute place. Super comfortable. Bed is nice. So comfortable I had a hard time getting out of it!
The bedroom is relaxing, lots of amenities. Has iron and ironing board. The living room and eating area is elegant. Fun to hang out with friends. I did not use the kitchen much, other than the bottle opener...haha. But has lots of kitchen utensils if you do want to cook.
The area is OK. Not perfect. Lots of food, restaurants, cafes, bars, small stores, and supermarkets.
My primary contact at Lis Apartments was Sandra. Sandra is super responsive and helpful with any little thing I needed. Some related to the apartment and some around the area. Excellent support!

I have not stayed Apartment-Type facilities before, so I had a problem when I checked in. It IS an Apartment, so if you do not have a key, no one can help you.
BE WARNED: Please make sure to be there on time. Landlady will open the entrance and give you a key.
Other than that, everything is great; specious room, clean, well-organized, clean towel, fast Wi-Fi, etc., very nice to stay. I realized that apartment type room is that no one bothers you.
It is very convenient place to walk around for dinner. Please visit "Zé da Mouraria 2" It is just 5 mins walk form here. Very good Portuguese restaurant for big eaters.

Un appartement agréable au deuxième étage avec une petite terrasse à 15mn du centre historique et commercial de Lisbonne.

Soffitti e pareti non insonorizzate, esterni degradati, disagevole accessibilità. Struttura interna gradevole e recente.

Appartamento ampio, perfetto per 4, corrispondente alle foto. Fornito di tutto e molto pulito. Sandra, la host, disponibile e molto gentile. La salita che porta alla casa assolutamente fattibile anche con valige, tipica di Lisbona. Il quartiere meno turistico ma autentico e carino, da scoprire e meno affollato del centro. Consigliato

Apartamento muy bien dotado, muy limpio y con todas las comodidades.

Very nice Lisbon apartment. Full one bedroom with king sized bed with a full pull out couch in living room. Nicely re-done unit. Kitchen and bathroom were very functional. Airconditioning in bedroom. Unit was large and comfortable for 3 people. Only issues are related to location. Unit is a 100 yard walk up a somewhat steep hill. It’s also a 12-15 min walk into heart of city with lots of hills bit that is most of Lisbon. Ubers are inexpensive all over town but meeting point is at the bottom of the hill. There are restaurants in close proximity including Sacco which is right around the corner and should be on your list of places to dine if you are staying in this neighborhood. This place was good value and would recommend if you’re looking for local neighborhood just outside of central tourist areas.

Bon sejour dans cet appartement refait a neuf. Tout a été bien dans l'ensemble sauf peut etre le niveau de confort du lit.
