服务：前台服务态度非常差，疑似种族歧视。一共跟一男一女两个前台交谈，态度都很差很差，极力不推荐这家酒店。

酒店有点破，开始给我的房间空调遥控不好用，等了维修人员很久不来，又去前台换的房间。其实开始就应该给我合适的房间才对。室内很一般，属于节约型酒店。我也是临时定旁边没有空房才在这里住的不推荐

临街的房间会有点吵，遮光效果不错，房间乾净。没有电梯，大件行李需要注意。服务人员可以帮忙搬运，可以寄存

It was great. I stayed in the guest house - there was some confusion ?with signage on the door - it was upside down and was instructing to go to the next entrance which was confusing bc it was not displayed properly. Once I figured that out it was very straightforward. I did not quite understand how to get the air conditioning going so I had to leave the window open and it was very noisy because I was on the street side first floor. I would stay in a room that was not facing the busy street next time and get more clarity with regards to how to operate the A/C. The staff was great and it was clean, nicely decorated.

男性????スタッフは、気持ちよく応対していただいたので、感谢しますが、女性スタッフが感じ悪く、颜にでてた?? 市街地も近く、地下鉄??もすぐ、Rossio駅も歩いて15分もあれば着きます。シントラの日帰りも可能です。ただ、个人的には、冷蔵库がほしいです。
1日だけ、清扫はしてたけど、タオルが全然なく、スタッフに言って持ってきてもらいました。

靠近地铁和各种公交 交通很是方便 附近也有不同的餐厅不同的小超市 去那地标的大广场也很是方便（那里可以去很多旅游的地方） 真的很方便 服务也很周到 前台都很友好 晚上也安全 周末游玩到晚上回去都是安全的 里斯本地铁也一直运营到晚上
