LK has maintained and improved of its interiors, rooms, facilities, but still a value added easy to access fronting the beach road, with easy access to the Pattaya Walking street and the main shopping complexes. Will be there again on our next trip

Stayed st this hotel in November . Can’t be beaten for location and is a good hotel . WiFi was good did breakfast was fine . Staff are ok with little interaction from them . Overall I would recommend this hotel for location .

在你们的平台订的房间 都是给我最差的 不单止低楼层 近正电梯口 房内窗户向横街马路 小小的阳台 空调机放在平台地面上 热气不断放出根本无可能在平台上休坐 第一晚回到房间洗澡 衣服什么都脱好 开水才知没有冻水 全是热水 根本不能洗用 致电前枱后才换上了另外一间 其实同样的家俬都是破损的 柜门都未能全关上 最好笑的是 所谓那个按摩浴缸 开动后 不能关掣的 全晚嘈到睡不上觉 我总觉得你们平台真的没有江湖地位 酒店给你们的客人房间都是安排最差劲的 一点脸子也没有??

家人非常喜欢，每年到泰国来渡假，第一首选，不管是在地理位置或者是价格还有房间的整洁度，都非常推荐，尤其是他的床感觉特别的好睡

古さは少し感じましたが、私はそんなに気にしてはない。ただ私が利用した部屋はシャワーの温度调整がとても难しかったです。水が何故か最初高温のお汤が出て热いシャワーが出ますその30秒くらい过ぎると水になります。これが面倒でした。それ以外は问题ないです。

Extremely hostile cleaning staff who forced her way into my room, insisted on taking my trash, and then lay down in a weird little office directly across from my room for about 4 hours scrolling through her phone. Got the sense that I was being spied on the entire time and, for whatever reason, people working at this hotel are REALLY angry. This is one of those "monstera plant" businesses, where they put the monstera plant to show you they're in this specific group (cult) and if you still choose to stay there, basically they already "told you" so now they feel justified in attacking you. Well, LK is going out of business given the way they treat their customers. It feels more like a criminal front than a hotel. Even though the decor is fancy and looks nice, I wouldn't stay here again if you paid me. To anyone in LK management who reads this, please fire your entire cleaning staff. Thai people are so nice and there is no reason to tolerate this kind of treatment at this very obviously criminal owned hotel. By the way, if you read this and feel skeptical or like I'm overreacting, try to find out who owns LK Hotels and who is on the board. The lack of transparency says it all.
