The cave rooms were wonderful, and we were pleasantly surprised on the second day by a heavy snowfall that lasted from morning to afternoon. Our children thoroughly enjoyed the cats, especially Fluffy, who became quite dear to us. While the breakfast was complimentary and fixed, the coffee machine was unfortunately malfunctioning, dispensing milk instead of coffee. Apart from that, everything was satisfactory, and it was an overall excellent experience; we will definitely return to met our Fluffy again.

Cadre magnifique
L'h?tel bénéficie d'un cadre magnifique au c?ur des cheminées de fée, que l'on peut admirer depuis la piscine et les différentes terrasses.
Le spectacle des montgolfières au lever du soleil, sans quitter l'h?tel, est exceptionnel… à condition de se lever t?t!
L'accueil est agréable, la chambre spacieuse et confortable.
Ce séjour restera un excellent souvenir

The site is very beautifull, the breakfast is generous and very good, they serve watermelon at the pool in the afternoon, it is close to everything. Good service, rooms nice but simple and maybe a little humid but it is quite normal since it is a cave hotel.

The cave hotel experience is unreal. Our room (room 301) was huge with a stunning view of the pool. The hotel is super close to the Goreme sunset viewpoint (700m walk) , which was a major plus. A heads-up though: lots of steep stairs, so definitely ask for help with your luggage. It would have been nice to have a rooftop view for the balloons, but overall, a fantastic stay.

Paysage incroyable et service irréprochable par Hamed! Toujours à l’écoute et dévoué. L’h?tel est de loin le plus beau et le mieux situé. Le levé du soleil ainsi que le couché du soleil est visible par la terrasse. ?a en vaut le prix assurément!!

Wonderful place, the pool with the surroundings is a dream. The staff is super nice and kind, the room was perfect with lots of amenities including a coffee machine. The location is unbeatable! And above all, the hotel is so special in the decor Wifi is perfect and breakfast is a feast ! Definitely recommendable - thank you Ps: Please feed the cats ??

A localiza??o é ótima, os colaboradores s?o super solícitos e dispostos a ajudar, o quarto é confortável, a roupa de cama limpa, água quente, local limpo, da área comum tem vista para os bal?es que é um cenário incrível. O café da manh? é servido nas mesas.
