Fijne kamer in een rustig gelegen gebouw. In de winter is er een verwarming maar er is ook een airco voor de zomerdagen. Geen geluidsoverlast. De badkamer rook bij binnenkomst maar dit heeft te maken met de waterstand en na wat tips hoe dit te verhelpen was de geur verdwenen en rook de kamer weer heel schoon. Fijn verblijf gehad hier!

In buona posizione, in una calla interna, pensavo fosse difficile da trovare essendo che a Venezia i numeri civici sono particolari e non regolari come in altre città, però all'esterno trovate la bandierina che indica la locanda e questo è stato comodo soprattutto di sera quando Venezia non ha molta illuminazione. La camera era pulitissima, silenziosissima, comprendeva tutto. Non c'è presente la reception ma i contatti con la proprietaria sono stati tempestivi e lei risponde ad ogni ora. Disponibilità totale. Non ho fatto foto alla camera perchè mi sono trovata benissimo e non era necessario documentare inadempienze. Per accedere due rampe di scale. La posizione è eccellente. La pulizia ineccepibile.

Sur le site il est montré une bouteille de gel douche qui est cassé depuis longtemps et n’a jamais été remplacée. Là Clim est ab?mée et fait un bruit terrible qui réveille au milieu de la nuit plusieurs fois. L’emplacement est bien.

Nos alojamos tres noches y lo primero que me gustaría aclarar es que no se trata de un hotel, es una pensión. No dispone de recepción 24h (en ningún sitio dice que tenga) y en las tres noches que nos alojamos no vimos a nadie del personal ni una vez, esto es algo a tener en cuenta porque quizás puede no gustar a todo el mundo. Por lo demás, es un alojamiento de 10. Completamente renovado, las habitaciones y el ba?o son amplios, modernos y la limpieza es execelente. La ubicación es maravillosa, a menos de 10 minutos andado de la Plaza San Marco y en una zona muy segura (tanto de dia como de noche) donde hay muchos restaurantes.

ここのホテルは観光地からとても近く便利なところでした。リノベーションされたばかりなのか、室内もとても绮丽でした。シャンプー、固形石鹸、ドライヤー、ケトル、タオル、冷蔵库があって快适に过ごせました。フロントには基本的に人がいないので、事前にメールでパスポートの写真を送るとホテルに入るパスワードを教えてくれます。チェックインの时间になると部屋の键の入った封筒がフロントに置いてあってそれを取って部屋に入ります。ほとんど非対面でした。メールでやり取りするスタッフは基本的に返信が早くて助かりました。

Great value for money, the room was very clean and very modern. Location was perfect as you are a 5 min walk to saint marks square. Highly recommended!

I would say the location is 5* The comfort of the bed and shower was also 5* Communication 5* Areas that we were little disappointed with was that although room had air conditioning which we were told we cannot turn it on as it was a centralised system. Therefore we were told to leave our windows open. This led to noise from streets and mosquitos ( only 1 or 2) which severely disturbed our sleep on both nights. Have a few mosquito bites which is uncomfortable for the rest of our travels. There is tea but no milk, and coffee was not refilled for the next day, we were told that the cleaner would come at 10.30am however our check out was at 9.30am. Overall great great location. Rooms nice and modern, shower and water pressure great!

Dear guest, I confirm that the air conditioning system is centralized and the other guests present in the structure on the same day as you were cold and with nights with a maximum of 10 degrees we could not turn off the heating and turn on the air conditioning. Tea, coffee and water are a small gift we do not provide breakfast so milk was not provided.Thank you!Anna

The h?tel room was nice and big the problem was you will be wakeup by the cleaning lady every morning around 7 and the vacuum start at 8. When we arrive de AC was on at 17 degrees and it was only 13 degrees out. We where freezing and only hade a little bed sheet. Second day she left the window open. We have to sleep with big sweater on. The bed are to single bed together don't fall in the crack.

The appartment is situated in a quiet little street near good restaurants, the Laguna and St Marco. The air condition was very well functioning

Un hotel muy acogedor, reciclado a nuevo, con habitaciones amplias y muy limpio. La ubicación es inmejorable! Súper recomendable! Sin dudas
