Perfect location and a unique property. Immaculately clean and comfortable. Lovely touch of water available on arrival and tea and coffee facilities. Staff super friendly and helpful. Carried our bags to the room (our room was up 5 flights of stairs and needed 3 keys to reach but not a problem for us). They helped arrange an early morning transfer to the airport for us. Wouldn't hesitate in staying again.

Lovely room up a flight of stairs Room has lovely crisp bedding and towels were generous. The room and bathroom are perfect. The landing offers coffee of excellent quality. The hotel has 3 restaurants accessible from the street all of excellent food and service. The reception is always there to help Welkom you direct you. Lovely ambiance relaxed pleasant and helpful in an excellent position in the village. Wonderful family business since 1956

Hotel right in the heart of the old city and full of charm. Lovely room with a shared kitchen area. The hotel comes with a breakfast cafe and bistro and fabulous restaurant which everyone wants to dine at. Driving through the old city is like being in a James Bond movie..but well worth it. Can highly recommend this hotel and the wonderful staff who go above and beyond to make your stay perfect.

In a lovely location in the historic Città Alta area. The room was nice and modern, the bed very comfortable, and the shower was excellent also, all for a reasonable price. The level of street and neighbour noise and the slightly underwhelming included breakfast stop this from being 5 stars, but we're being a little picky.

Pizza a cena per due. Ottima, non c’è altro da aggiungere. Location splendida. Tuttavia, bisogna ammetterlo: per chi ama la pizza (e da Mimmo si reca per questo) c’è poca scelta e i prezzi sono piuttosto alti. Consiglierei vivamente di ampliare il menu delle pizze, magari introducendo quelle più tradizionali quali le semplici al prosciutto cotto, ai funghi, patatine e würstel per i più piccoli…

Great location and atmosphere. The room is in a block off the Main Street in the old town. It’s up two flights of stairs and in entered via balcony with an incredible view. The room has an adjoining communal room with coffee and a few seats. The building is one of the oldest in Bergamo but the room has been total renovated to a high standard. We dined at the DaMimmo (which offer a 10% discount) and it was very good. The set tasting menu for 45 euros was excellent value plus they had a good selection of ? bottles of wine. Breakfast was far beyond what we expected. Superb coffee, croissants, hams, cheeses, bread, yogurts, juices and one of the best we had in our 4 weeks stay in Italy. Would stay again if ever in Bergamo.

Beautiful room in the heart of this lovely city. Ideal location - very friendly family run business - breakfast was included and served downstairs in their bistro restaurant - all lovely local fresh ingredients. Also a discount of 10 percent across their other restaurants which we did dine at and were superb. We had a problem with our airline at the end of our holiday and the family were very quick to do everything they could to help us.

The room is in a block off the Main Street in the old town. It’s up two flights of stairs and in entered via balcony with an incredible view. The room has an adjoining communal room with coffee and a few seats. The building is several hundred old but the room has been total renovated. We dined at the DaMimmo (which offer a 10% discount). It was an amazing evening. Breakfast was far beyond what we expected. Superb coffee, croissants, hams, cheeses, bread, yogurts, juices…… The staff everywhere were so lovely. Full marks.
