We had a lovely room. The staff was polite. The room was kept clean. The shower was nice. We always had nice hot water, and good flush power. The room was quiet. The bed was comfortable. The hotel is in the BEST location, and near to many shops and cafés.

Excellent services. Front seat people are friendly and willing to help. The area is safe and in walking distance to train station and cruise port.

Very friendly staff in a great location. Floors are clearly never swept as they were very dirty and the shower had visible mold in several locations.

La habitación impecable, nos dieron un upgrade, todo súper bonito y con vista al canal. El personal súper amable. Ubicación excelente, puedes llegar a cualquier lugar caminando. Lo recomiendo, yo volvería a hospedarme aquí.

Clean room Minimal interaction with staff as not 24ht desk Good location Very noisy at night, sleep quality was affected, we were placed in the room directly above the entrance so heard all the comings and goings which was frustrating. Music at 3am, someone playing a trumpet at 5am, deliveries etc etc for this reason i would not return to this hotel. Mosquitos were rife even in October, no plug in options to deter from room so had to keep our heads under the sheets or the buzzing around the ears was constant :(

Room was warm. There was air conditioning, but it blew out warm air, so we probably did not set it correctly. Staff was awesome, very helpful and kind. Very unique path to hotel. We loved it, some may not, but we were in Venice to sight see, not sit in our hotel room. Overall we’d give it a 9

The hotel was perfectly located in the heart of Venice. I had the best stay. I felt safe And the hotel staff was easy to get a hold of. They are not always on staff so you have a digital key to get into the hotel. I would definitely recommend.

Très bon emplacement géographique (au pieds du pont Rialto) dans une toute petite ruelle - relativement calme. La zone d’accueil ne paye pas franchement de mine mais le personnel a l’écoute, fort sympathique. Et une fois dans la chambre… très cosi, chambre mignonne bien équipée et vue sur les toits de Venise, le canal, le marché etc … Ps : un plus si besoin pour les pmr car équipement spécifique pour les escaliers
