This WAS the best place for money, Martin greeted us warmly and we had a lovey sleep also the place where it was was brillant it was in between Chichester and the beach best night sleep I’ve had in a hotel room definitely coming back, one last thing well done to Helen and Martin.

Lockgate Dairy is a gem - our first stay in the area. Our host Martin is delightful and attentive - love him and this beautiful property in this wonderful place. We made ourselves comfortable in a sweet cottage boasting awesome, rustic features, offering lots of quiet space to relax and unwind with everything you might need for a memorable time. Appreciating the kindness in the offer of this unexpected upgrade and local insight given. Very helpful All being well I look forward to visiting again! Ignore the whining From other reviews ! This lovely place is just perfect the host was a total star and we loved our stay from the minute we arrived We would recommend this time and time again delightful. We would stay there again in a heartbeat Book now

Great place to stay. Very comfortable room with high quality furnishings. The room and en-suite was very clean and well looked after. Martin is a great host and very helpful with knowledge of re local area.I would fully recommend staying here

Down to do maintenance on some graves in St Mary's Church yard, this location was ideal for us. It was also just over 3 miles to some friends of ours. The room was light and airy, bathroom well furnished, the host pleasant and the continental breakfast good. We will stay again. Rooms are comparable to the Crab and Lobster, but at a much lower price. PS: The Anchor pub has some pretty good food,
