I absolutely adored this place. A very quaint boutique hotel which has been integrated into the natural landscape of the ancient town. It is perfectly located by the bridge and river, in a quiet alley but also next to all the hustle and bustle when the tourists come out. The room was extremely comfortable, clean and spacious and we had a lovely view of the mountains and old town. Make sure you check out the unobstructed views from the rooftop and take some time to relax there. Note as this is within the old town, the stone steps are part of the aesthetics so expect to climb up to your room. The staff is very helpful however and will take your luggage when you arrive. The common lounge area is also well designed although we didn't eat at the hotel given we wanted to explore the old town eateries. I would highly recommend this place to all travelers, you won't be disappointed!
We loved our stay at at Long Inn, its position by the river in the Ancient Village is very peaceful. The manager loved animals and keeps beautiful cats! He is also good at English and extremely helpful, supporting us to buy coffee ?? in the morning and calling a shares taxi for us (very good price of 40 Yuan each to Hezhou).
The location is very popular with Chinese tourists and as western visitors are few, other tourists are excited to exchange a few words with us.

A superb experience staying at this hotel. We extended our stay after the first day, and would definitely come back again.
Location wise, if you are visiting the old town, then it is definitely the perfect spot to stay! The scenic bridge is just a corner away. It is also just 1 min walk from one of the entrances/gates of the old town(景区).
What I like the most is the whole design of the hotel. It is a perfect combination of ancient and modern architecture and design. The whole place is very stylish and there are a lot of fine details like the plants and artwork arrangement. I love the tea table right at the main door, it’s made by stone and wood.
There are a lot of common area in which you can either chat and enjoy tea with friends or simply read alone with a nice coffee.
They have a nice rooftop with a good view of the old town. You can enjoy sunset here.
Food is perfect here. They have their own chef so you don’t need to eat out, the tofu and soup are very nice, and the seasonal veg is also our pick.
Most importantly it is a pets friendly place. They have 2 dogs named 向右 “Xiang you” and 将军 “General”, they are friendly and cute. They also have a cat room accommodating over 10 cats. All are friendly and lovely.
Perfect place for vacation. We look forward to our next time here at 龙麟台??
